i wonder if they would actually honor that.
Tbh, I wouldn't count on that.
i don't either looking at this
other scam accusation against fixedfloat where trocador.app was also involved. his chances to get reimbursed are close to zero, but it doesn't hurt to try.
I once used their service without even knowing that they have a forum account here, and they have negative tags on their account. I have exchanged Doge for another coin, and I guess I have used their service a couple of times on the same day, and then forgot about their service. But my personal experience was too good. I first exchanged Doge for some other coins, which worked fine.
But later, when I started another exchange, I accidentally sent Doge to the previous address, and I thought I had lost the funds. The support was not available. But I was able to contact them, and they refunded the money! Fortunately, everything went well for me. I didn't know they had a pretty bad history here.
it's because fixedfloat are selective scammers, they only scam a few people here and there using the excuse that their coins are "tainted", which is fucking ridiculous. but i guess we as a community are part to blame since we allowed the idea of tainted coins and clean coins.
the majority of their users won't have a problem swapping small amounts or "clean coins", i also used them many times in the past (2019–2021) without a problem.
i still do sometimes when i have no better option for small swaps (i'm talking about $5 swaps) as they only have like a $1 minimum for exchanging coins like LTC>TRX, but i never trust them with any amount larger than $50.
