Fixedfloat project is fraudulent!!!!

It is my mistake that i used this stupid swap service fixedfloat and they frozen my funds. There is really no kyc swaps, i got this information from trocador.app saying fixedfloat is safe to use.

Sorry to hear that and you are not the only one experiencing issues with fixedfloat. There have been several scam accusations against them here in the forum. Also, their account here(fixedfloat) has been negatively tagged here in the forum.

Just curious, is "trocador.app" the only background check you did on fixedfloat? because if you search "fixedfloat scam" you'll see several results about it.

yes sir that was the my only checking done on trocador, after exch down. i was looking alternative. all exchanges are scam really. i was looking for no kyc exchange.

they really love using this as an excuse to steal from people, they don't return anything to "the victim". if you follow the coins you sent, you will see they got mixed with their other funds, they simple just pocket the money.
like in what world do you confiscate funds first, then look for the supposed victim? it's all bullshit.



trocador.app say they guarantee your swaps in cases like this, you should contact them and see what they are gonna do.
i wonder if they would actually honor that.

Too bad that you didn't come across https://orangefren.com/ as there its noted that FixedFloat is not an exchange that will never ask for KYC, therefore you have to use it at your own risk.

Spotted well. I once used their service without even knowing that they have a forum account here, and they have negative tags on their account. I have exchanged Doge for another coin, and I guess I have used their service a couple of times on the same day, and then forgot about their service. But my personal experience was too good. I first exchanged Doge for some other coins, which worked fine.

But later, when I started another exchange, I accidentally sent Doge to the previous address, and I thought I had lost the funds. The support was not available. But I was able to contact them, and they refunded the money! Fortunately, everything went well for me. I didn't know they had a pretty bad history here.

i don't either looking at this other scam accusation against fixedfloat where trocador.app was also involved. his chances to get reimbursed are close to zero, but it doesn't hurt to try.

it's because fixedfloat are selective scammers, they only scam a few people here and there using the excuse that their coins are "tainted", which is fucking ridiculous. but i guess we as a community are part to blame since we allowed the idea of tainted coins and clean coins.

the majority of their users won't have a problem swapping small amounts or "clean coins", i also used them many times in the past (2019–2021) without a problem.
i still do sometimes when i have no better option for small swaps (i'm talking about $5 swaps) as they only have like a $1 minimum for exchanging coins like LTC>TRX, but i never trust them with any amount larger than $50.

Sad that you got to realize that the service if fraud after having your funds frozen. It should have been before you sent funds to them. They have had so many complaints about them in the recent times and can be easily seen after a simple search.


Please try using platforms like kycnot.me if you are looking for exchanges that won't bother you with KYC. The higher the ranking, the better.

I am always saying FixedFloat should not be trusted

they send user funds to their hot wallet before checking for taint or doing perform and then opt to seize coins rather than refund them.  This strategy is similar to Freewallet and shows they are attempting to keep consumer funds. Please avoid this service. If you really need no-KYC swap check my thread on signature.

Fixedfloat is known for a long time for randomly freezing user coins, but it's not true that trocador said this can't happen.
There is a clear rating in Trocador app website, and fixedfloat has a C rating, and it is 3% insured by Trocador.
Rating C means that you could be asked to provide kyc verification anytime.

It's not a NO KYC exchange, though. No KYC exchanges never ask for any KYC from any customer for whatever reason. If there is any issue regarding the source of funds, they would rather return the funds to you and refuse to process the exchange instead of holding onto it and ask for KYC verification in exchange for the unfreezing of the funds. A very diabolical move in my opinion.

When there is a scam, we have nothing to say except to say sorry. I think if you had been able to research before the transaction, then you would not be scammed Now it is over, and there is no way to recover. You could easily understand that they are scam if you just search on the forum as the have already negative reputation and I think any wise people would not be comfortable to make any transaction with negatively trusted site.

FixedFloat's scamming is not happening despite Trocador and OrangeFren, but exactly because of it. They are very much co-conspirators as they also materially benefit from the scams.
