Unfortunately, he replied to that PM only after 3 months. In the meantime, the casino ^BetFury closed the case on our side, and the initial offer (and any other) was withdrawn.
User @dplay was informed about it, and that was the last communication between us (second half of February '26).

He then completely mis-represented things involving the cashout on page 6 because as per usual, he doesn't understand sportsbetting.

Also he didn't even need to spend 30 minutes, the only thing betfury has said is that OP is a 'high-risk player'

It's an open and shut case, anyone with some brain cells can see betfury owes OP the entire winnings of the bet, at the very least the $330k OP proposed.

I know a lot of time has passed but as this was a serious allegation made against BetFury there has been an ongoing interest to understand what happened and what is currently happening. Has there been any contact with the OP since you made this post?

If the offer was withdrawn by BetFury, what was stopping you from reinstating any of the offers? It seems both harsh and unprofessional that BetFury (or any casino) would stoop to that level just because the victim replied after 3 months.

I mean even making an offer obviously shows they are definitely not on the right side in this case (which we obviously saw from the beginning).

There actually several things that come to my mind about why they retract their offer after months passed. They're basically ready to settle, the provider's eyes are on them when they breached this --as I covered very abundantly about sportsbook-provider turnkey dynamic-- they can't put the offer in the air as it's basically coming from their own pocket.

So --yeah, though I agree that their "gesture of good will" was ruined following retraction-- it's humane to think that they can't just dangle the offer for too long, absent response.

Well, he should be. The blood is in hand, that's why the tried to wash it by deflection. He came to the spotlight after I withdrawn myself from bridging, following a failure to facilitate a bridge for both parties to meet in the middle. This whole fiasco of OP didn't know that a re-offer was made, he's directly involved as it become his duty to bridge between both, after he's so gallantly informed me that he'll come forward.

It is only about summarising the conversation (through the forum) in this case. It was stated in order to end the speculations of individual members.

You can reach it, it's up to you.
Since November, a person has been appointed (behind BetFury.com account) only to communicate with users here on the forum, to make things go faster and to avoid intermediaries. So if someone presents himself as a mediator, that is simply not true.

From the last communication with the user, his last position (Feb '26) is "negotiating with potential litigators"

Nevertheless, if the player @dplay has something to say to us, we will be happy to hear it, but as I said earlier, we currently have no offers for the player.
It is worth mentioning that the player did not suffer any losses, as all his bets were returned to him.

Betfury offered to pay half the winnings which was $165,000 in post 1. The OP said no. holy agreed with Betfury and said nothing was owed. That's why people get involved in these threads. Holy keeps agreeing with the sportsbook on every flag.

I think this should be a reminder to all representatives of casinos that forum members do scrutinise available information. Just because a casino representative posts their side of the story in the forum, members are not under any obligation to just take their word as the truth.

In this case, I cannot work out why an offer was made and retracted one the basis the victim did not reply within what BetFury deem to be a reasonable time yet did not notify the victim f this stipulation. What is logic behind doing that?

Furthermore, unless there are some viable reasons I also believe that returning the bets does not negate the fact he claims he won $300,000. BetFury has not handled this situation and compliant in a professional manner at all.
