I'm not the kind to add salt to injury; it's part of the process of learning and doing proper research. I have been through that experience many times before.
It hurts, it's ugly, and it can make you give up investing.
This is where the saying only invest what you can afford to lose, I also learned it the hard way, and this is something that I always remember every time I'm tempted to invest in a coin I fancy.

Very common situation on which most newbies or all newbies will be able to pass through. Majority of us did experience it out specially when dealing up with low caps or with meme coins. The main thing that comes up into our mind is that we should be that entering into the cheapest price as possible because once it do make out some huge movement or pump, then it will be making out that huge profits or even make us rich if we are lucky. This kind of positivity which pushes you do deal up with these coins and this what makes these kind of common mistake on which it ends up for you to hold up some shit coin in the end. You would be having those false hopes that it might be having the chance to pump up but ending up on holding those worthless coins into your bag and it will be that becoming the part of your worst experience here on crypto space, but of course we do know that in any mistake then here comes that learning on which as soon you do go further then you do have at least the idea on how things works or on how it do behaves and on the right actions that you should make.

So here's the thing.

1. Dont easily make yourself that getting FOMO on others been calling out.
2. Always check about potential rugpull specially if the dev isnt known
3. Dont enter when the price had pumped already on even as low as x10
4. Dont make yourself that greedy as simple as that.

We learn every day. Eventually, you will get to know the reason they are called shitcoins, and you start to gamble only what you are willing to lose. Don't go all in expecting to become very rich overnight. Do not FOMO just because a certain shitcoin out there had some folks tweeting having made them "millionaires"

I wouldn't call you silly or foolish because any novice trader would make such mistakes. How you learn your lesson afterwards is what matters. There is no formula on how to 10X your funds. You just get lucky once in a while, but that luck is usually rare.

You can gain 10x easily by buying BTC when it dipped and use 2x leverage. Had you opened your position when BTC was still below $20k with 2x leverage, you'd be making so much money.
However, here's the thing, most of low trading volume are being abandoned, nobody is trying to become the next holder of a low trading volume coin therefore avoid it at all cost.

When big FDV coin can give you more than 500% profit like bitcoin, why even bother with smaller coin, the big FDV coin are more liquid, less risky, and accepted everywhere.

Don't judge yourself too much, you have the right to make mistakes because every trader has done it even often. But the important point is whether you are able to learn after making mistakes and will be more careful in the future. I have also experienced it many times but this is the risk of investing or trading in altcoins where every loss that is obtained must be accepted.

Your coin has -2% depth of about $100 and less. It's not going anywhere and yeah it's pretty bad decision to buy it in my opinion.
Should've used the money to invest in bitcoin and get that juicy profit because that's where all the money is.

When you see all this shitcoins dumping, you shouldn’t rush to invest in them, some might be dumping and won’t be rising again, I don’t trust the shitcoins in the market right now, when you put your money in them, the chances of you losing money is just kind of high, so I do recommend we avoid all this shitcoins in the market right now.

Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme, and if you are looking for quick money in crypto space, then you might end up losing for money. The mistake most newbies do make is that they believe immediately they buy a coin, they will be in profit, but things don’t work like that, most of them are introduced into crypto wrongly, and if they hear about coins that can make them rich within a short period of time, they will jump into it, and might end up losing money.

I don’t really think bitcoin price can give you 10X which you want within a short period of time, but if you can hold bitcoin, then you will be making your money later in the future, and you will be having peace of mind.

Thank you all so very much for all the good advices and explanations! Kin coins is truly forever abandoned and left to themselves and its own destiny after the burn and everything else that happened, but from time to time it's been doing weird things compared to the rest of the markets.
 
Something at this low value, also been left totally on its own, shouldn't have any value at all, but for some reason still is alive in some strange way. Even after this long period of time!
 
And it wouldn't take a lot for it to gain a lot again, if a sudden gain would start happening, and it have had some very great peaks at moments here and there.
 
Also do not be mistaken about my total dumb sillyness; My money in such shitcoin is lost the very moment I transfer them, So....

Mahanton; Kin coin has got no true and real value, but for once in my whole life time, I at least can name myself as a multimillionaire in one kind of coin!!  ;o))))

You're not the only one who experienced this; many of us, yes, that includes me, and I have learned a lot to move on and get over it. I regained my losses because I had experienced checking all the coins I was investing in, and this bad experience occurred when ICOs were new to the industry.

Today is different; scammers are now skilled at what they do, knowing how to make a coin appear attractive to investors. If they are good, you should strive to be better.
