What happened:: This scammer has recently created his account solely to promote a phishing link that asks people to connect their wallets. This phishing link targets beginners as well as users of Optimism and Bitcoin. Please be cautious and conduct the necessary research.

I am surprised to see this topic. I posted scam in red under the two topics created by the scammer immediately after I reported it. Did you not see it? Also the post was taken down not long after.

I honestly didn't see what you wrote under the two topics the scammer posted. You were quick in tagging his account and reporting the threads. Well done.

I wanted to quickly publish solid evidence here to support my report after I saw his topic in the Beginners section. I hoped this would be a lesson for newcomers and rank high in the search engine, so that the link wouldn't deceive other innocent people.
