BCGame just scammed me for over $6k by canceling my sports bets for absolutely no reason.

My friend told me to make an account on this forum and post about the issue here in hopes of getting some attention. After doing some digging I found that bcgame is using the oddsprovider called Betby (same as rollbit, fortunejack, etc) and these all have a thing in common apparently - they void/cancel winning bets for no legitimate reason just to scam their customers who win fairly.

I've been using bcgame for just about a week now. Been gambling mainly on slots and done a little bit of sportsbetting on soccer / basketball / esports. I placed esports bets on Counter-Strike during map3 of Vitality - Mongolz (https://www.hltv.org/matches/2382681/vitality-vs-the-mongolz-iem-dallas-2025)
This is the highest tier of CS esports, and the best team in the world were playing in the match, odds are offered worldwide on every sportsbook with huge betting limits ($5-10k+ on almost every site) so there is literally no reason to ranodmly cancel bets placed on the match.

There was 3 bets placed in total, 2 of them were exactly the same and 3rd also very similar. They were all placed on the 3rd and final map of the series. The first 2 were map 3 +4.5 handicap and the 3rd bet was map3 +3.5 handicap on MongolZ. If you aren't familiar with these handicap bets in CS betting it basically means X team to win over a total amount of rounds/ or to win by at least X amount of rounds.

The odds I had on the +4.5 was 1.90, and odds on the +3.5 handicap was 2.10. For an example, other sportsbooks/oddsproviders like bet365 and Pinnacle offered very similar odds. The +4.5 handicap was 1.80 on bet365 during the exact same time that I bet on BCGame @ 1.90 (and same with the +3.5, very similar to other main sportsbooks at the same time). So them claiming there would have been any type of error in the odds is just a straight up bullshit excuse to use for scamming. My friend placed the exact same bet on bet365 @ +4.5 1.80 and got paid out, but yet I get scammed for winning on bcgame with the same bet just 10 points higher.
To make the scam even more obvious, they waited until my bets had already won (MongolZ to have covered the handicaps) before canceling anything. Which in most likelyness means, had they lost, they would have just left them as losses (SINCE THERE WAS NO ERROR WITH THE BETS)

screenshot of the bets: https://gyazo.com/ecce98e0c3664c3947cf8aae6d9d9e15, https://gyazo.com/106053901297a71a99ba29655a455c4e (1st pic shows them after being canceled, 2nd pic shows one of the bets during the time it was live and my team had won a few rounds)

Talking to the livechat on BC.Game is literally like talking AI. I got in contact with agent "Yuka" who just kept copypasting the same general NPC message without actually responding to any of my questions. This is what I got:
"Yuka • 13m ago
Sorry, but we don't have any control regarding canceled bets. A sports bet may be canceled in specific cases, such as if it was placed during 'misfortune time'—the moment when game-changing events make fair betting difficult; or if it was mistakenly accepted due to system, technical, or pricing errors. In these cases, the sportsbook may void the bet to ensure fairness and prevent potential exploitation."

Basically, I'm guessing they are just blaming the decisions on their oddsprovider (Betby) as I've also seen happen to the people that had their bets cancelled unfairly on rollbit etc. When I ask them about who I can contact regarding disputing the decision they just completely ignore me and ask me "Is there anything else I can help you with?" so it seems utterly pointless to even try having a conversation with their live chat.

Please if anyone at all knows what I can do in this situation any help at all would be appreciated. Seeing how these scamming sportsbooks barely give a f*** when stuff like this happens, I have little hope of them actually even replying since they dont care about treating customers fairly and just scam any time someone wins big. Not sure if contacting a lawyer would even help with BCGame having a rep of a dodgy background as I'm just finding out while scrolling through the posts about them on this forum.

Bad news OP feeling sad for you, i can understand it.

6k usd not a low amount even they won. Did you post this on other platforms? It might help also use their ann thread to talk about this.

Seems like betby does those shenanigans on a regular basis now, didn't we see similar cases in the past week.
It's shameful to cancel bets AFTER the result is final, absolutely shameful. If the odds provider has the fear of losses they should find a different business.
You can't cancel bets at will. I wonder if the people that bet the other side also got the lost bets cancelled. I mean, not really wondering, I know they didn't cancel those. Problem is, this behavior is protected by their TOS and a player just gets the short end of the stick cause there is nothing he/she can do about it. When placing the bet you agree to the terms. For that reason the only thing people can and should do find a better place to wager their sports bets.

On the same page with what AHOY said above, it seems more like the doing of the provider and not the casino. It's a situation spread inter-casinos, reported by many user across different casinos who share same provider for the past couple of weeks.

Nonetheless, mind to inform me your UID? I'll check with my contact, though maybe that'll just dotting the i's.

Thanks for the replies guys, appreciate it. Sorry for late reply, just woke up. My UID is 75658092 @holydarkness

@AHOYBRAUSE I'm not even surprised, I heard it happen to my friend when he was using rollbit a couple years back and he warned me about these sites. BCGame though I somehow hadn't seen any bad reviews about on regular review sites but I'm guessing it's just filled of AI accounts making them fake reviews. Wish I found bitcointalk sooner, this seems to be the place where the offshore scammers get exposed. But is there even anything legal you can do regarding issues such as voiding bets and frauding customers in this way?

Noted for your UID, I'll reach my contact. But I kinda think this matter is "closed" with same conclusion with other cases that people experienced recently across several different platforms: that it's the ruling made by the provider, and the casino's hand is basically tied. It happened not just with BC. BetPanda and Rollbit also lead me to similar endings when I pursued those cases individually. And I somehow another case I'm currently hopping in and bring to my plate with BetFury also rooted from the same matter.

If you read AHOYBRAUSE's explanation carefully, he pointed out that the situation is with the provider, Betby, not the casino itself. Me and [I believe] many overseers of the SA board currently witnessing raising amount of complaints against casinos, which rooted from Betby.

Don't want to be guy defending BC.game, but someone had to (and other providers as well ofc).

There is a high possibility in some of these cases that sportsbook provider (Betby) has identified arbitrage betting cross-platform. As long (and I believe they do) as operators (such as BC game, Roobet and others) give unique identifiers to the betting provider (which I assume they do), Betby has found players placing arbitrage bets and simply closed sportsbook accounts/options solely for that reason.

I don't want to say this is what happened in this case or any other, but merely that this could be a reason. Even though provider is the same with majority of casinos, they still use some of provider's features (I assume) to give better odds than on the other platform, which could cause such scenario.
