Looking for Reliable Crypto Payment Solutions (No KYC, Minimal Redirections)

Hi everyone, I run an online shop and want to accept crypto payments. I've tried working with some providers, but their on-ramp processes were slow and included lots of redirections. It led to lower conversions—users often dropped off at that step.
It's important for me to have a quick checkout process (also no KYC would be good). I did some new research and found Helio and BucksBus, but I couldn’t gather enough info about them. If you’ve had any experience with these or other crypto payment gateways, I’d really appreciate your insights. Thanks!

On this good occasion, it would be nice if I introduce you to a new payment processor for the self-hosted category "Payram" (I mean the brand in my signature space). I have not measured how reliable this service is (I have not used it yet), but it seems to fit your requirements.
By the way, they have active support and a dedicated thread on this forum that I think will help you get started or just get a more complete explanation.

If you want to have full control than I would suggest using open source self-hosted payment processors.
BTCPay server is probably one of the best options, but it is mainly focused on Bitcoin, with few exceptions.
Good alternative is bitcart.ai, that support Bitcoin & altcoins, and there are no fees, kyc or third parties.
Note that more control means more responsibility for keys/coin storage.

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll check it out! For now, I’m about to try Bucksbus, they kinda convinced me. They promise no KYC, with on ramp and low fees. Hopefully, it lives up to the hype... on paper, it all looks good.

No fees, did you have a chance to try them? I mean, there should be some fees, right? After looking into helio and bucksbus i decided I to go with BB. Their fees are 0.07 %, I also need on-ramp. I just feel so many companies promise a lot, but cannot actually deliver.. We're already working on the integration, so let's see how it goes. And thanks for your input!

To qualify for the 0.07% rate, you'd need to buy their package of 500,000 transactions, which costs $35,000. They offer different packages based on transaction volume. But even if you don’t have that many transactions, they have other payment models. If I’m not mistaken, you can choose to pay $0.30 per transaction if you usually receive big payments, or 0.3% from every transaction if your clients make smaller payments. I think it’s pretty cool how they tailor it to different business needs. I'm surprised they didn’t explain it in more detail.

But I don’t need it for my business, and I truly love the service so far. Just because my account is new, does that mean I can’t express my thoughts?
