We spoke to the Edelson Law Firm via SKYPE just a few moments ago and we are making further changes to the SignUp form to reflect some other needed changes to the information they require. We where also asked to change the details of their firm to the Chicago office. It is important that anyone that does sign up, check back on a regular basis to see what changes we make, however, we do not see this being the case, unless some of the International firms require other details.
The MtGox paperwork is very sloppy, so it is important that you do NOT rely on the MtGox ledgers and MtGox customer databases to have all your information, because in many cases, its just not there, due to their sloppiness.
