You are right, I haven't been asked for KYC but I am aware that it can trigger anytime. But as long as the amounts won't be that much, I guess that it won't trigger for any follow up KYC and I can still enjoy to play some sugar rush without having any problems at all thinking of that to be subjected to kyc and what you've said about they have the rights to do it any moment is true.

Just because they didn’t ask you to verify your identity upon registration doesn’t mean they are a no-kyc casino. It simply means they are being lenient with this requirement.
I can guarantee that even the casinos that claim they are no-kyc casinos will ask you to verify your identity at a certain point, more specifically when you request to withdraw a huge amount of money.

I am not sure gunhell16 plays there. I don't know the basis of his claim, which is why I asked him where he saw that Spinly has no KYC. If so, they deserve to be tagged in this forum, and players should avoid such scammy platforms. I would call them scammer because they do not want to pay out the winnings to their players. It is a scam if a casino says that they have no KYC, mentions nothing in their ToS about the KYC.
