Did you mean withdrawal fees?
I remember seeing a thread on reputation section or somewhere else about their withdrawal fees. They have promised to remove their withdrawal fees instead of decreasing them and according to how they are promoting right now, it seems they do not change withdrawal fees anymore. So, this is always a good improvement if you're talking about withdrawal fees.

Yeah, it is good to see that they have been running their campaign for a long time. But to be very honest, I do not see their participants much on the forum. Probably because their budget is low and they don't have many members in the campaign?

Yes, it's the same for each casino. As long as they have other way to reach other potential customers like in the social platforms, they would do that since they have the budget for it.

In marketing, the width of exposure and the time length of brand exposure to community are most important contributors for successful effects. Usually companies have to run marketing a long time to keep their brand exposed to more people in a long time and to maintain their brand in memory of people. If they stop marketing, with human memory, people will gradually forget about the brand, especially if they don't use the casino too often.

The width of exposure can be boosted in short term with more irregular activities on many platforms, if the company see that is a right time for spending more marketing budget like around a new promising product release, a big tournaments in football like World Cup, Euro, Copa América, or in tennis like Australia Open, US Open, etc. This approach requires company to be very experienced and time the market, events well to use their budget more efficiently in short term.
