Indeed, it's just a minor hiccup I guess. In terms of withdrawal, it says manual review so I waited for it. I withdraw using Tether ERC20. But after waiting for a few hours and thinking that it should be quick as it is a USDT. So what I did is that I message their support and it went to my email. But just after a few minutes, I  got a response saying that it did went it but I was surprised they said that it needed 6 confirmations. I thought that this is only applicable to Bitcoin and not to altcoins or Tether ERC20 specifically. Nevertheless, I was a happy camper.

6 confirmations for a withdrawal?
Never heard of such a thing, even with BTC. Only for deposits, maybe. As soon as they broadcast your transaction, only one confirmation is enough, and you will have the tokens in your wallet. Where the delay usually happens is when there is that manual review and they have not yet created/signed and broadcasted your transaction.

I recently withdrew my winnings for the first time, and for me personally it is always an exciting moment. Moreover, this requirement isn't mentioned in the deposit or cashout pages. Casinos usually mention the confirmation requirement on the deposit page.

That's right, trying a different network is a good move but at least it doesn't take too long and sometimes review can be so dramatic, which can mess up one's mind, making them to look like liars or something else. But since you have a made a decision about moving on or giving another network a try next week, hope you don't experience the same problem and also please keep us posted or updated to, as we can also learn a thing or two from your experience.

One thing I realized is that some of the support staff are not technically gifted or are not well versed with technical information, especially those live support chaps. Most of them are just remote customer support assistants who usually rely most of the technical issues to the technical team for replies

So I am not surprised that you would get such information. There is no service I have ever used that requires 6 blockchain confirmations for the coins/tokens to appear in my non-custodial wallet. As soon as the transaction is broadcasted, 1 blockchain confirmation is all it takes.

Customer staffs have their specific tasks and one of them is receiving support request from users and answering it directly or forwarding it to the company's internal teams for further assistance. It's normal that a customer support staff is unable to handle all questions from users but through internal lines, finally the answers will be given to customers.

As far as the answers for customers are accurate, it's acceptable but surely the procedure of forwarding issues to internal team, and back to the customer support staff takes a little bit time that might cause some kind of inconvenience for users.

Maybe this is the case, or perhaps that's what they are being told, a generic response if ever someone will asked. But if someone insists, maybe they will have to escalate it to the higher ups.

Well as experience as we are, it's true, Bitcoin is just one confirmation and that's it. So it really doesn't make sense at all for the support staff unless they really don't know what they are saying. We can only give them the benefit of the doubt, but still, next time they should not have a vague answer as most of us here are "smart" enough to know how many confirmations we needed.
