As far as I know, there should be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of whatever email you receive. In fact, it’s supposed to be a big button that will be there to let you choose whether you want to keep receiving promotional emails or not. I too think that unsubscribe button in every e-mail should be default feature.

What if someone lose access to casino account or we are banned from the casino and have no option to go into settings? He would receive promotional e-mails indefinitely even though he can't access casino anymore.
