For instant breaking news, you need to be regularly active with news channels or different sources. You can even turn on notifications of popular (essential) sources so that you are informed when any updated news comes out.

However, I doubt whether the plan you are planning for instant breaking will be implemented or not. Because how do you determine which news can dump or pump the market? Me my sources are from X follow some prominent news account. Whalesalert, coindesk, icodrops. These are usually go first and posted news rightaway of what was happening that is big in the financial system or bitcoin or any big news on top blue chips coins.

X is good enough, they're usually really fast but I know big firm always use something like bloomberg terminal, if you study in an university you can get access to it.

But overall X with notification alert is already good enough. The information usually summarized as well so it really helps a lot in making decision like opening short or long position.
News site on the other hand usually falls behind.

You could just keep watching there, they must have youtube channel that's been streaming the entire day. You just have to figure which news affects the market. But most probably this is just a manipulation and those who fell thinking it could affect the crypto will lose his coins.  While its bull season, don't hastily just sell, it could just be moving up the next weekend.

Getting the news is easy but not enough. There are many other important stuff you should be aware of. First, the credibility of the source. Who are they? Are they biased? Right, left, commie, cappie? Could it be a manipulation?

Then you need to be able to interpret the news correctly. (Assuming the source is legit and telling the truth without any bias)

And the most important of all, you need to know what to do with that information. Buy, sell, hold? What if you are making the wrong choice even though you understood the news correctly. What if your logic is flawed? That happens too.

Also, when you heard about the news, most of the time it will be too late already.

Trump statement or no statement you must be prepared to be ahead of the market if you want to go in for short term shot such as this, the fact that Bitcoin can take any direction at any point in time is somewhat the main reason where Bitcoin is referred to as a volatile assets, so for sure you must realize that even getting the accurate and understanding time information about Bitcoin ecosystem won't tell if the market value will react to that or not so is important to build knowledge around Bitcoin market and it movement and what influence the market mostly.

You need a news aggregator website like cryptopanic.com but if I were you, I would also be very active on X and follow people like Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Btw consider that not every news make changes, you still need luck. Sometimes there is a news that you might think will move the market but it doesn't. Btw there are also some news that are mostly not known for the public and market suddenly crashes or pumps but when it happens, you don't know the aggregator and you only get access to news lately. You can't fully depend on news because some news aren't shared immediately. It's really important to follow X, sometimes check popular crypto tags on X too.

Apparently something like trump's political move and tariff is hardly predictable, and as I've seen, the market doesn't instantly react to such news, there's always few minutes delay.
I still remember it clearly few days ago when tariff news broke out, I was literally watching the chart and the market reacts few minutes after the news so there's a chance we can make profit from it.

I know that certain notifications on some certain accounts on X can be very helpful in terms of helping you get instant financial news as they are developed.
About which of the accounts to follow I think following all the major news channels that you know share the news you're interested in and setting up notifications on them can be a very good way to keep up.

I've switched to telegram channels like watcher guru, cointelegraph, etc. and I enable the notification of it in my smart watch for quick reading—i turn it off though whenever I need to focus on something else.

You can also follow their TG channel and turn on notif on it so you can have news regarding about Crypto and other stuffs about finance. There's a lot of news platform, but Watcher guru is pretty fast especially the telegram one, you can also follow real-time telegram channels that constantly post BTC price so you can be notified during market crash.

But most of the time, trump news is just market manipulation, you should also consider reading some articles internationally so you can be at peace even there's a market manipulation happening. Like for example, recently japan investment firm metaplanet bought a lot of BTC and that's also a sign that BTC market will instantly recover from market dump. Also, the dubai token2049 which is a positive addition to the whole crypto market, gives more exposure to cryptocurrency.
