How does this differs from any other interview with other prime ministers and presidents? He constantly insults random people and institutions out of the blue no matter whom he is sitting with. NBC asking about why did trump get a plane from qatar shows that NBC dont know what they are talking about. the plane gift was a subject talked about 10 days ago. and it has been well known that its not a gift to trump himself, but to the american US defense to use as a "air force one" where it stays and remains as US defense property even after trump is no longer president. in short trump does not get to own/keep it as his personal vehicle

a better question should have been, 'is there any national security risk of the DoD receiving a plane from another country which might be filled with tech that other countries can exploit when used by any current sitting president'

It's an off-topic question, and the reporter triggers him. If you ask that kind of question to a president who does not know how to be diplomatic and tactful, you're going to get that response.

Though I don't no whom to blame on this but since is a question that wasn't meant to be on that show it wasn't supposed to be ask considering the person they're asking the question to, perhaps the reporter didn't think about how Mr president will react on that since he feels is not an annoying question but as the case may be tolerance and ways of perceiving things are not the same and obviously it was like an insult to him. I just listened to the conversation on YouTube, and I support Trump for putting the reporter in his place. Asking a totally unrelated question in the middle of an ongoing topic is really out of place. As a professional reporter, he already knows the profile of who he is interviewing, so he should have prepared himself very well and ensured he was not out of place.

Hopefully, during his next interview with another client, he will be more professional and focus on the topic being discussed, thereby avoiding any form of embarrassment to his client and himself.

Are you saying that reporters can ask only certain questions? When has this been a thing? Also it's not like Trump is sticking on the subject. Watch him interviewed with other leaders and he starts rambling about Hillary, DEI and Biden or other "low iq" people being mean to him. His answers have rarely anything to do with any subject.

Also what are they "learning" from this? Would people say that about Kamala as well if she just avoided questions and started to insult reporters and mocking disabled people? What would they learn from that?

Maybe Cyril Ramaphosa was not sure where the footage was coming from. But I think he asked Trump the location in South Africa where these deaths happened. Arguing with Trump would have brought the same tension we saw during the visit of President Volodymyr Zelensky. You think that in the process of conversing with the president that if there's a need to publicly put the president to order that he would think twice before doing it? This is trump and one thing about him is that he's a vague person that does whatever his instinct tells him to do without having a second thought about it.

A similar incident happened between him and zelensky, was he more polite even when in that instance he was addressing the president of another nation? He openly and freely speaks ill about Joe biden calling him all manner of abusive names and still goes away with it, that's enough to make him speak to journalist in whatever manner he deams fit. The journalist might be unprofessional for bringing in a totally off topic to him at that point but his sense of rudeness is one reason why he continues to look at every other person as people he can speak down on the way he wants. Of cause, he won through popular vote so it's fair to say that this is what those that voted him like.
