I am new here bc I have a specific scenario that isn't allowed on other GC trading forums like on reddit

I have a $105 ebay gift card and I regrettably linked it to my ebay account without knowing it would be permanently linked to that account, meaning I no longer can trade it by itself.

I am either willing to make an ebay purchase for someone in exchange for btc, or I am willing to give credentials to the account along with full GC information

I am new to this so I'm not sure how middlemen work or even if that's possible with this type of trade.

If someone is interested I am willing to go down to $95 if the transaction is reasonably safe, lmk

As it sounds, this won't work out easily or smoothly. You can't assure that you will make the purchase and don't cancel it afterward. You can't assure that after you pass your credentials, you will not reclaim your account at any time. Using an escrow might work, but even then, it's complicated and more like a fuss deal. Perhaps it's better to check among your friends and family.

I'm pretty sure eBay has checks in place to detect account transfers. One way or another, this is terrible for privacy, and very risky. You could be selling a hacked account.

Perhaps it's better to check among your friends and family.

That's kinda the only way to do this. See if someone needs something, order it for them.

It is not a hacked account because I still have the physical gift card that I added to the account. I understand that this is a risky trade because of what I'm trading, as it isn't something like a gift card. I'll try to think of other solutions if this doesn't work out.

Sorry, but having the card physically doesn't mean that the account to which you add it isn't hacked.

It won't. As you admit, it's a risky trade already, and if we add that you are a newbie here, the trade becomes far riskier. No offence, but this is how things are. Better start looking for other solutions from now.
