I have always biebwd that tracking one's losses is kind of a toxic behavior a only leads to people to try always be in the green against the casino and outsmart the casino for the sake of money. I do but I don't enjoy looking back at it because it feels bad to realize that you lost so much money regardless of the wins that you celebrated. I don't keep any special track of it but the results are there at the casino or bookies, once in a while it can occur to me to just go and flip the pages to see what happened in the past month or that week, while checking, if am calculating it, I will realize how much i lose or won. To be honest i have never done that and have no desire to do so, what has been lost will not come back again, it will only make us frustrated when tracking the amount of loss that has been experienced so far, for me it is just a waste of time and potentially adds to the burden of the mind.

I track my losses some times and I don’t really do that like routinely but, I do have times when I look at what I’ve lost in the times I’ve had to play over the period of a week. Should I see a lot of losses, it just motivates me to find some wining bets and I do eventually. At least to cut back on some of those losses I’ve had to suffer. It’s usually not a very good sight but yeah, it has some relevance to me. I hope to see some more greens than them reds.

For me too, the unknown and the accuracy of these numbers can reduce the pleasure and excitement with which I place bets and watch matches. If I start keeping track of all my losses, I will definitely see that I lose more, although I already guess about it because I make deposits much more often than I withdraw winnings, hehe. The fun is in there, without having to count how much we've been winning and losing. But I think there is no need for most of us to track the losses when we've got a different goal than the others who's up for the profit. It's clear that those who are there to gamble for fun won't matter which ratio they have. Because the most important thing is about having fun and not counting what's coming in and out. Although, we will have more fun if we're winning more and, it's also kind of tiring if we're going to keep on track how much we lose. So, calculating the deposit and how much left is way better to track things.

I don’t gamble professionally, I set aside a small percentage of my income each week for gambling, purely as a form of entertainment. If I win, I spend it on something nice, if I lose, I don’t regret, it was already accounted for. I don’t even see betting as a way to make money. Even when I lose, I don’t get upset, perhaps just a little bit. I don’t track bets either for me it’s a boring activity.
