Kawra (KWR) launched fairly. The wallet mentioned may belong to a solo miner or high-performance setup or even a mining pool , but mining is not centralised.
In addition to our pool, several unofficial public pools have already been created by community members. We welcome this — it helps decentralise the network and makes Kawra more resilient.

So there was about a 9-day gap between the chain starting and the public thread going up.

The network was fully open during that time — no private premine, no hidden blocks — just the live chain running while we finalized the announcement.
Anyone mining early did so fairly, and all those coins are part of the same total supply.

Thats cool. Something just feels off about this to be totally honest.

Mining started 8 minutes after you made this thread and then the announcement took an additional 9 days. How were people mining 8 minutes after the initial post without pool details and wallets? This might make a lot of people question the no premine you stated.

Also the user who mined block 1 currently owns 30% of the supply, but swapping it through multiple wallets.

Not throwing any accusations around, its just a few details that are confusing me and I think people looking at this would also be hesitant. I'm sure theres a reason somewhere and hopefully you can shed some light on it for me and other users.
