The international court now as said Trump did not have the power to impose tariff on many countries

The part I heard was the tariffs on sectors still exists and is not contested going forward but entire nations thats where its considered overreach.
All of this back and forth I consider temporary as basic trade requires a fair exchange or comparative advantage by both countries and that basic rule exists above any government attempts to control trade absolutely.
A few companies have pointed this out that less trade and less money will be made if trade is prevented in any way, its not helpful to hold back companies in USA from free action.   The revenue of just one country is not the primary aim of such large companies who want and need global trade to truly suceed.   The whole AI dynamic is so massive its clearly requiring a worldwide scale to do best and probably many other industries old and new imo.
Time and tide is bigger then us all in the end.   While this president may never agree with those ideas, the general rule of money talks in future will have it come close to that ongoing trade required by all nations to thrive here or abroad.

Since this is a federal (local) court with local laws, I'm not sure how effective this is. But this is showing something interesting about the "establishment" in the US. It is deeply divided and is in direct contradiction with each part. The president says and does one thing, others do other things and it is turning into a worsening mess every day.
Well enough, legal proceedings are procedural and that's why we have different levels of the court with scopes of jurisdictional powers. If the lower court decision on the tariff are based on substantive grounds under the constitution then is likely an apex court would most likely honour it. Except they just want to favour the fat cat with a twisted interpretation to the matter.

However, such matters of commerce as that of tariff laws the National House of Assembly (referred to as Congress in US) were meant to be involved in the initial but didn't see that with the US, as Trump woke up to just declare a tariff change as he seem fit.

So what's the point of these powers held by state courts if the federal government can overrule them? I know that each state has the authority to enact its own local laws, but only if they do not conflict with federal authority. This, on the other hand, raises the question of Congress, given that members of Congress represent the American people in all states. So how can a local court issue rulings that contradict federal authority in the White House, while Congress does not raise the issue for debate?

The court that gave the judgment is not a state court but a federal court. The U.S. Court of International Trade is a federal court that judges cases on international trade. They handle disputes between trade unions, manufacturers, and government. So they have the power to rùle in this case since it is their jurisdiction.

This is solely a case between the Executive and Judiciary,
the legislature is onlookers for now. Trump administration might be going to the supreme court if they fail to block the tarrif judgement.

Why does it have to be an international court that says this? What happened to the Congress and the court of the country? This simple shows that Trump doesn't care about what the law says. He doesn't care about what the court thinks, he simply does what he wants.
Also, it's not like the International court will do anything to him if he doesn't listen to them, so I don't see the use. His own country couldn't oppose or stop him. All the international court can do is perform advisory functions in this case.

If a man who claims he wants to make his country great again doesn't see that what he's doing is also hurting his country, then I don't know what else he will see. As the saying goes, "you can't wake a person pretending to sleep".

This is a good challenge, I always wonder if there's no other government bodies that have the right to talk to Trump about how far he is taking the tariff fight on other countries which seem so unfair to a certain length. If this case can have a great effect on his decision, I would be happy about it, because it seems he is just being so greedy and ignoring of the negative economic impact that such high tariffs he imposed on those countries would have on his own country. Such tariffs will definitely make the price of things to skyrocket, it will have effect on stock market and still can affect Bitcoin price. But he doesn't consider all of that, was it how the past administration behaved? Why is he doing this?

Trump's tariffs temporarily reinstated as court considers White House appeal

The request for an immediate administrative stay is granted to the extent that the judgments and the permanent injunctions entered by the Court of International Trade in these cases are temporarily stayed until further notice while this court considers the motions papers.

The tariff is back as Trump gets a favorable judgment from an Appeal Court. The global financial market has also reacted negatively. The legal battle is not yet over, but the tariff imposed on countries will remain until a final decision by the court is reached.
