Paxful issue help needed fast ( same thing happened again)

I dont know is it a right place to post this topic or not but i have a problem with my paxfull when i tried to open the site it is showing me some kind of error is it only me or anyone else also experiencing the same please help me i have a large amount in crypto currency in paxfull right now i am really scared

same thing happened again i just login to my account and it shows same issue date 6/4/2025

1. You should not keep large amounts of cryptocurrency on any website or platform.

2. In my browser I do not see an error, but I don't have an account and it could be related to that.

3. You should first try accessing it with your other browsers to test if the problems happens there too. Afterwards you can also check the console for errors to find out what is happening. https://appuals.com/open-browser-console/

Lastly, talk to Paxful support and not forum members for something like this.

I don't use Paxful but I can visit its website smoothly today so I guess it's an issue from your side, not from Paxful.

I advice you to clear your cookies and try it again. You also can try it with other web browsers.

Generally you should never store big fund on any centralized platforms, not only on Paxful. If you want to trade, deposit your money their, finish your trade, and that's it. Don't deposit big fund to Paxful or any platform and leave your fund there, it's dangerous practice.

i already tried from 3 different devices and different internet actually i have only one account so from other 2 devices i just tried to open the site and it opens but when you go to a trade section like finding some seller list shows the error that i posted the image i tried to transfer some of the funds for first 3 attempts it shows the error ( something went wrong try again later) but in 4rth attempt i was able to transfer my USDT then i tried to transfer BTC it is not working same as ethereum
i think it is from there side i dont really know what is going on i have more then 10k$ left in paxfull i am little scared

What did you mean with "transfers"?

From your post, it sounds like you want to trade, not to withdraw your money from Paxful. If you are worrying about your fund, why you don't simply withdraw all or most of your money and only leave some small fund there for trading or cashing out?

You are fearful but your reaction is too slow, and if you have this habit, in black swan events like Terra collapse, FTX collapse, you might lose your money quickly.

i am worry about my funds and also my account because my account is almost 8 years old and have hundreds of feedback ad thousands of trades
i tried to transfer my crypto but only USTD transferred and others are still in there and about account i was earning a lot on daily basis from paxfull so i am worry about that too
i am not slow friend you know what time is in my country right now?? its 8:27AM and i still not sleep i am worry and still trying to solve my issue

Stop using paxful, it's one of those terrible places to buy or sell your Bitcoin not to talk of keeping the Bitcoin on the platform, I've known paxful for years and they are always full of crap and cheatings.

We have different crypto exchanges now and they are way better from the likes of paxful, your Bitcoin is more safer in a open source hardware wallet, if you want the best experience buying Bitcoin consider using Binance, OKX, gate and others, avoid paxful.

After a successful purchase make sure you move your funds out of the exchange into your Bitcoin wallet instantly.

i am a reseller so i also use binance kocoin paxfull in past i had a good history account on localbitcoin but dont know about OKX i will take a look at that too
i have tried a lot about paxfull problem i somehow managed to take out my coins and i think the problem is with there website if you specify the details in filter section like what kind of trade you want then it worked but if you select worldwide and any currency then same error shows and one more thing it automatically shows USA in offer location i dont know why even i am from Pakistan and using my own internet that i am using from years on sim data and a mobile device with no account login same issue

Since you are from Pakistan (assuming from your reply), why don't you head to the Pakistani local section and ask your brothers sisters there? OP, can you see how you are panicking because you decided to keep your funds with a third party. There are good self custody multicoin wallet out there that you can use to store your coins. You can try unstoppable wallet.

OP, can you see how you are panicking because you decided to keep your funds with a third party. There are good self custody multicoin wallet out there that you can use to store your coins. You can try unstoppable wallet.

i am a reseller and working with small margins in total maximum 2 to 3 % is my profit so taking out BTC or any crypto and putting it back cost a lot taking out specially coz paxfull charge a lot when you transfer coins outside of paxfull anyway i already managed to take my coins out i think the problem is on there side so maybe it will sort out shortly

yes it is resolved almost it still have some glitches like if you search without filter it shows USD and USA search automatically you need to specify what kind of trade you looking for  but its okay the main concern was my crypto and all my funds are safe now so i am okay with it thanks for every one support i learn a lesson that we should not trust these website blindly

I think you should learn something from this situation - as others have already written, always be prepared to lose everything you hold in this way. I know you trade, but try to have as few cryptocurrencies online as possible.

If it is a same issue that was resolved previously by Paxful team, you can feel safer about it now. They possibly did not resolve that issue completely and it returned so you must wait for Paxful team to fix it again.

Luckily, you listened to advice and no longer stored big fund in your Paxful account. I guess you are less panic now than a previous time several days ago. It's not your keys, it's not your coins, and it seems you already learned this lesson well.

It seems only login account can access this page that should be publicly seen by everyone. Did you check given information on Paxful status there?
