PSG and Arsenal are now both calm because they have won the title in the Domestic League. So that both of them can focus on devoting all their abilities to the final later. I'm sure there are many people who can't wait to watch it. The positive narrative is more inclined to PSG who have the opportunity to win back to back titles, but Arsenal clearly don't want that to happen, after officially winning the EPL title, Arteta and his players must feel not enough because they want to win the UCL as a beautiful end to the season.

Scoring a goal and locking yourself in Defense is very good but it depends on the opponent you are facing, so in this case i will not advise us now to do that with Paris Saint-Germain because of how good they are in the front, i know Arsenal is capable of holding them because they have a very good defensive and they are capable of holding them.

If possible they will try beating PSG in 90 minutes but they're really ready bringing this final match to penalty shootouts. It is difficult to predict the final match. Because one match will be held. If a team makes a mistake, it will not get a  second chance to solve  that mistake. Two matches  were held in the knockout round. As a result , even if they  played badly in the first leg, they had a chance to do better in the second leg. This opportunity will not be there in the final. Arsenal and psg  both have strong squads. So  both teams have the possibility  of winning the title. It may not sound like a good strategy but that is what Arsenal is known for, and it has worked for them a good number of times.
So the chances that they are going  to employ that strategy again if they see the chance is very high. In as much as we know that not every strategy works for everyone or team, Arsenal has a way of managing it so well and they have attempted it severally and it seem to have worked for them so they will only try to make adjustments around it but may want to use it if the need be.

With the way things are looking, there isn't really anything we can safely assume about the situation at hand, it is not as good as we think it should be and something we should be considering as a possibility. Arsenal still could win this final, they are not some terrible team, people are reacting, like Arsenal is some kind of third tier team but the reality is that this is the team now that is only one game away from winning the premier league and also reach the UCL finals at the same time, we can't say they are bad at all.

Arsenal didn't win the Premier League in an enticing way, their attack isn't good enough to be honest, and in the game against Burnley, Arsenal gave away open counter chances for Burnley to score, it would have been a problem for Arsenal if Burnley had a good attack, giving PSG those chances in the run for attack, Arsenal good defense won't stop PSG from scoring good number of goals in the final.

We still have PSG as favorites, Arsenal will take motivation from the Premier League, but that is not enough, a team needs to be extremely good to face PSG, who i think is currently the best team, lot's of defensive work to expect from Arsenal in the final.

You can see a team perform so well and get victory in one match and then expect them to approach their next match with that same energy but you'll end up disappointed after their awful performance. Arsenal should have won the league long ago but they were fumbling and give Manchester city a chance to catch up with them.
