Congrats to PSG on winning their first champions league trophy  which turned out to be a decisive and well deserved win. They dominated the game and did the scoring as well and made us doubt if it was the same Inter Milan that kicked Barcelona out that they were playing. Let's see if PSG will be able to defend the title next season like Real Madrid did in the past. Without any doubt,  I can say that the next champions league will be going to Spain or England.

OP good thing you started another season's champions league thread, time waits for no one and we have 1 month to go before we jump into August where we have another busy and stressful season. Something new need to happen next campaign's champions league at least the players have gotten used to this past season's format of the champions league. And a big congrats to PSG. I believe Mbappe would be filled with regret.

I can't wait to see how good england to performance next season by sending six clubs to the UCL. Liverpool, Arsenal, City, Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle to play in UCL. Many called PL as the best and most competitive league in the world, but their performance in UCL was often not as people expected.

The only thing that makes me feel interesting is that to see Chelsea back again to the UCL after they missed it two seasons in a row.

Inter played like one of those teams that was promoted into the Serie A, no force to fight back and they could not hold the ball for 30secs without interruption, I don't even think they had up to 3-4 shots on target and is sad that they went on to eliminate Barcelona who are better than they are. I hope to see a very tight engagement in this finals next season. Inter Milan lost to Man City 2022/23 1nil and last night or should I say last month they lost 5nil, like these guys don't deserve to play next season's champions league football.

PSG prove to us that if Inter Milan were able to knock out Barcelona, then they will not be able to do the same to them, which was well proven yesterday. Just take a look at how Inter Milan were running on the pitch yesterday if they were the ones who failed in both defence and attack. It was an incredible experience from PSG, and the only team that will justify that is Inter Milan.

Talking about next year's Champions League title, I don’t think PSG will still make it, but even that, if this season no one saw them making it to the finals, and we all know they have been after the trophy for long, and they were able to achieve that yesterday. But we can’t say if the next season's Champions League will not come as easy as this season. The competition that will be in the Champions League next season will be an unexpected one.

I believe PSG will be highly regarded next season, they will join the ranks of the strongest favourites, and of course the competition for trophies will be much more competitive. Real Madrid and Manchester City are trying to overhaul their squad depth, Bayern Munich also seem to be trying to add strength in several positions. Liverpool will probably come back in a better and stronger version, Arne Slot has gained valuable experience. Barcelona and Inter Milan will also be more experienced, and overall I agree that next season seems like there will be more surprises. PSG had a very extraordinary year with Luis Enrique.

Inter was non existent in that game. They really hit a hard ceiling and deserve overhaul. They also needs to let Inzaghi to leaves as his team is not even competent to compete for the UCL next season. They need also to let all of their players to go except Bastoni.

That's the truth, Inter did not come to play champions league final they were terrible and clueless, is as if they came to watch what PSG will perform. Inter would have warned us in their official website to avoid watching the finals that it was going to be annoying at least that would have been a relief. I don't know who to blame as it is, if is the players or the coach. Letting Inzaghi go isn't going to solve the problem and this would be a hard lesson they have learnt and that's to never let what you have go for nothing, if someone had told me that Inter will end the season without a trophy I'd say is a lie with this squad that showed so much hunger to lift the Scudetto ones again and at the end Napoli won it and the finals of the champions league was like a walkover, this isn't happening, is like a dream. To get new play might be hard for them because of this awful performance, I don't think no one would like to join them. Their problem will be very big, for Inter not to start playing confusing football next season they need to change their mentality and also forget yesterday's game if not it will kill their style of play and the unity of the squad.

First, a big shout and congratulations to PSG for there bravery and victory yesterday indeed they deserve to win the trophy that yesterday because they where all over Inter Milan and honestly speaking I was not expecting that from PSG talk more of to believe that they would beat inter Milan 5:0, that was really crazy and embarrassing yesterday, imagine a team that defeated Barcelona couldn't play anything in the finals. I wonder how PSG attackers were breaking through Inter Milan defense because inter Milan is one of the team that knows how to defend so well even when they played Manchester city last two seasons, it was a lucky goal from Manchester city because Inter Milan sealed there defense that day.

It was a really extraordinary year, I agree. They lost to Arsenal, drew with PSV, lost to Atletico Madrid, lost to Bayern Munich. They finished the Champions League in 15th place. Despite this, they became Champions League Champions. Paris Saint-Germain showed that nothing is impossible. What matters is what you can do in the other rounds. They eliminated all the strong teams in the Premier League until the final. They scored five goals against the Italian giants in the final. It was a great victory and they can now focus on next season. For now, of course, it's time to have a holiday because the players deserve it.

What he meant here was the previous, which I think he forgot to include the word to convey the previous winners which was Real Madrid but the last winner is still the current winner which is PSG as you have corrected.

Unto next season, who do we think will have the opportunity of winning the UEFA Champions League 2025/2026 Season, I will go for Arsenal to win the cup, this now depends on how far they can go from the start.

The premier league teams has been performing well in the champions league. From 2019 to 2025 England has produced 3 different champions league winners. Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester city have all won the champions league within this period. That they didn't perform better this season or get to doesn't mean that the premier league has lost it's standard. The premier league team has been representing very well, even when they were having only four teams representing them in the champions league. Take it or leave it, the premier league still remains the most competitive league in Europe. A league that has produced 3 different champions league winners in the last 6 years is not to be considered as most competitive and best in your eyes?
