It seems that the situation is not changing for the better. The reasons are similar to those in the real estate market:
- reduction in government subsidies
- overproduction
- inability to sell manufactured cars

It is more a reflection of the global situation rather than BYD in particular. Take a look at Volkswagen for example https://www.ainvest.com/news/volkswagen-ag-2025-q2-earnings-navigating-tariff-turbulence-strategic-resilience-2507/. I don't see anybody posting threads that Volkswagen is the next Evergrande.
