At first point, we were all newbies or young ones in this forum like you and yet through our patience, participation, and knowing the rules and guidelines of the forum, we are still here.

I really yearn to grow in this forum.

I've seen a lot more new comers on this forum keep saying the same things in the beginning of their journey, after posting a few more posts, most of them vanish or loose interest in commenting because they don't acheive what they were aiming to gain from forum when they decide to join at starting, (more common things like merits or getting enrolled into the signature campaign).
 
Few dudes above here already suggested that you should have some patience, get into meaningful discussion and most importantly you should obey the forum rules. Your rank is kinda like an achievement which definitely grows based on your contributions, what impacts you are contributing into.

Ain't forum a quick money generating scheme but if you do good, be good to others then obviously you may achieve success.

I keep asking the question, we need to help each other grow here some people are being stingy merits and all. It quite unfair, we can't grow as a people if we continue to stunt the growth of other people. Of course you're right, a lot of beginners tend to be annoyed at every corrections made to them and this is very common in this forum.bi see a lot of post and comments about newbies being furious when they are being corrected not knowing that these corrections are what build them as they grow in the forum. Every corrections made are from experienced users that went through the same thing and doesn't want others to go down same road and they only wish them well that's why.

If they can actually accept all corrections and work by them they'll definitely grow into fine useful forum members. also to grow you have to be dedicated, spend more time on the forum and be a reader that way you get to understand things better  which will make growing easier and faster for you.

The most important thing about growth, in anything and not just this forum, is to be unique. Don't follow what others are doing, just because someone is growing using a method, it doesn't mean that method will work for you as well. Try to do things that others aren't doing, and those things must be positive things that can make an impact, help somebody, have some weight, and shouldn't be repeated.

When it comes to posting habits, a lot of newbies believe that a good quality post means a long post, but that's not true at all. The length of your post doesn't decide its quality, but it's the content of your post and how relevant and useful it is based on the topic being discussed. I have to say, I’ve been there and I know the feeling, and you can’t tell if you are in the right track until you start to be relevant in the forum.

Firstly, which aspect/type of growth are talking about/you want?
Is it growth in terms of your crypto knowledge and investment or growth in terms of forum ranks, you should tell us what brought you to the forum, then from there, we can tell you the angles from which you can begin with because a lot of us here usually come due to a different reason, but with that being said I urge you to visit the rules first and observe them so you don't go about to plagiarize and spamming the forum or even using AI to write, these are major areas you should take note of before anything?

Lastly, incase you're seeking to grow your crypto knowledge, be readily to read contents on Bitcoin discussion board, speculation board, Beginners & help or trading discussion and technical board, whereas if you want to grow in ranks, offer your real life knowledge, skills, and experience as regards to crypto by helping others, especially newbies solve their problems.

It's a BitcoinTalk forum and you should know what that means, learn about the basics of Bitcoin so it will be easier for you to engage in its discussion, with your knowledge about Bitcoin you will definitely grow and rank up, stick to the rules and you will do just fine.

Everyone in this forum started out like you as a beginner, this is important for you to know so that it can motivate yourself. I have also been in your position, feeling confused or not knowing what to do in this forum in order to grow and contribute. However, only one thing can make you survive and grow in this forum, namely you must have the motivation to continue learning as often as possible by reading often because by reading the information you receive will be abundant and rich, so this motivates you to continue to dig up more information about bitcoin.

To grow on the forum, learn more about Bitcoin and participate in discussions about Bitcoin because that's where the forum wants discussion on. The forum is open to everything but more interest in crypto related discussion especially Bitcoin. Quality discussion and not generic discussion should be what we should engaging in as the poor posts, all that'll do is to give you posts counts and not grow yourself on the forum. Think about writing and giving out quality discussions and you can get merited for this discussion. Continue to do this and soon you'll be getting more merits than you could've thought about.

If you are a genuine new member, you will have no need of growing as you will naturally learn about the forum, Bitcoin and other things. I believe that a genuine new member does not know about forum ranks and signature campaigns that mostly for high member ranks. You can use your time in a comfortable way and will rank up naturally.

Yes, if you are passionate and genuine enough to your goal about staying in the forum and becoming a valuable member, then there’s no reason that you won’t grow in the forum. Growing on the forum from a newbie to a legendary member is not an automatic process. He takes a lot of years and that requires that you will be very patient and I would see enjoy each of the membership class of the forum while you are at it.

Growth is about understanding and how committed you are to that process. In the forum you have to be able to read understand and make meaningful comments that contributes knowledge to the discourse on the forum.

Yep, those who are new should force themselves to read. Most of the old members create useful threads for new members. The administrators have also pinned many important things on the discussion board here. For beginners I think the local board would be the most convenient place to start. I am sure the local board will provide a lot of knowledge before you go to the global board.

When I started I also did that. I started with local, and moved on to global. Be willing to try to discuss and ask questions. But sometimes there are already complete discussion boards about your question you just need to be thorough and diligent in reading. I think the older users here will be happy to discuss with you and will definitely point you to the right answer. Mistakes for newbies are normal but if you keep repeating the same mistakes it's stupid, meaning newbies have to grow and understand the rules of the forum as a whole.

It shouldn't be about your account growing quickly but consistently that's what  the newbies should be after. What's the gain when you grow so quick but later you lose all your heat because you didn't grow consistently. I see some accounts get to a certain rank and they can't grow again. The more you grow you should be able to deliver quality content that it doesn't hard you anymore to get merits and keep ranking up for those that aren't legendary yet. Fast growth isn't good in any thing and it shouldn't be chase after on the forum. Your rank should be able to reflect your experience and knowledge in cryptocurrency and the forum.
