This is a WARNING to anyone depositing real money on BC.Game.

I deposited ₹5000 on **29 May 2025** (Order ID: F-1833467279725447098, TxID: 202505291377782956089163776).  
It’s been over **7 days** — and NOTHING. No credit. No refund. No response.

Then again, I deposited ₹5000 on **4 June 2025** (Order ID: F-1834003768110988437, TxID: IN4781766209719997).  
Same result: stuck on “processing,” money gone, support silent.

I submitted ALL the proof — screenshots, TxIDs, order numbers — more than once. Their support? Completely DEAD.  
I even tried messaging on Telegram — they instantly delete any messages about deposits or delays.

This isn’t a bug. This is straight-up **scam behavior**. Holding real user money with zero accountability.

They advertise “7-Day Full Compensation” but don’t even bother replying.  
Is anyone else going through this? How are they still running?

If you’re reading this and considering BC.Game — **STAY AWAY.**

You could be the next one getting robbed.

Just curious, why would you deposit against when your previous deposit has not been credited or refunded yet? I mean, I am not trying to be rude or anything, but wouldn't it be common sense not to put more money when the ones you deposited have not been credited or refunded yet?

I submitted ALL the proof — screenshots, TxIDs, order numbers — more than once.
Was this a request from them? If so, is there any chance you can share screenshots of the conversation you've had with their support before they stopped responding?

At first, I genuinely thought it was just a temporary glitch — maybe a delay in the payment gateway or some routine technical issue.
Since my earlier deposits were processed smoothly, I had no reason to panic. I trusted the platform based on past experience and assumed the issue would be resolved soon.

I had already raised a complaint earlier and was waiting patiently for BC.Game to respond. Since they mention a 7-day refund or cashback policy, I assumed that—even if there was a delay—I’d eventually get my money back.

But today, when the same issue happened again, I got really concerned. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the funds were successfully deposited on that same day.

So, I started sharing all my proofs again — payment screenshots, UTR numbers, everything.
But once again, there was no reply from support.

That’s when I realized I had to turn to the community for help and raise awareness — because this shouldn’t be happening, and others deserve to know how they’re handling users.

I have full proof ready:

Bank statements

Even video recordings of my chats and payment flow

Looks like BCgame struggle a lot to take care of INR deposits and withdrawals. I just visited the complaints page of BCgame at Askgamblers and surprised by the number of complaints related to INR deposits and withdrawals: BC.Game Casino Complaints - Withdrawal & Other Problems

After scrolling around 10 pages, I couldn't find any complaints related to other complaints except those. BCgame representative has given the same response to most of the complaints. They are telling the users to send email to 'panda@bcgame.com' with a lot of attachments. @holydarkness, I think OP have to follow the same format.

Glitch or not you still hadn't been credited so why risk more? Makes absolutely no sense. Either way we are talking about $120 here right? I doubt a site is going to rob you of $120 and take the risk of losing much more if the accusation were found to be true.

Answer holydarkness and give him the info he needs. He has a contact with BC and might be able to get you sorted.

FYI I believe stake was having issues with INR deposits as well, so maybe it's your bank or whatever holding things up. Buy crypto and deposit that way to sites.

This is a common problem at BC I think, I saw so many complaints like that on their discord server back when I was active on that site. Seems like they still can't figure out to fix it.  Roll Eyes I mean why people still use fiat deposits on crypto gambling sites, even though it's well know this might result in delays and bigger problems, is beyond my understanding.

What I also don't understand is, OP made one deposit, gets the bad experience with "No credit. No refund. No response" but then proceeds to make another deposit 5 days later, makes a "lot" of sense, doesn't it.

This case bear some similarities with you, perhaps you can start and focusing from this post of mine, as from that point further --ignoring a ramble of a spammer-- it seems NCPI and UPI allows a way to retrieve a fund.

Hi, I’ve already raised a complaint with my bank regarding the  transaction.

However, they mentioned it could take 25+ days to investigate, and even then, there’s no guarantee of a resolution. as funds have already been transferred.

Can you reach them back with the correct password?

LOL. Finally, some resolution.
Was it too hard for their support to explain the issues directly to the victim? What if there were no holydarkness and no Bitcointalk forum? They blocked the user everywhere, and they do not respond to the user in live support. BC game is one of the shittiest casino I have seen when it comes to support and solving issues. I hope this user learned a lesson. I hope holydarkness stays on the forum always and helps users so they don't get scammed. Otherwise, the players would be there without any solution.

Have you send them the password? Because I asked my contact and they told me that they still can't figure it out. Alternatively, though, I've sent you a PM, relaying a chain of instruction directly from my contact, to help expedite validating the transaction and get it credited.

Again, I am not familiar with UPI and things revolves around it, but I was told that the information you gave will contain private information that can't and shouldn't be shared publicly, so don't post it here. You can send the result of that instruction to me through a reply, or if you choose a more secure method and if you don't trust me [which, understandable, and very much recommended] PM it to their support account, they'll relay that message to the compliance or funding or whatever division handling the matter, without involving me with that private element.

I guess it's UPI id that will help them to link their real name that they used for their bank account and to some cases even the mobile number registered with the bank so yeah user should never post UPI id if he doesn't want to reveal his real name.

And the password is just might be the password need to access the PDF file that might be the payment receipt of UPI app such as Google Pay/phonpe which contains the UPI ID of sender and the receiver.

My contact escalate this to the fiat-payment division and they kindly ask you to attach the video to the "ticket" you raised. I believe it means to the email correspondencies with them, the one that you use to send that PDF and password. The fiat team believe this is the best way to expedite the process.
