I wish everyone for the house a very Good Friday and weekend. As we all know say getting job for Nigeria Dey high and unemployment rate keeps climbing up many of us don source alternatives to help us jump over the fence of poverty into a good life. Cryptocurrency has been heroic in the life of many Nigeria youth as there are many remote jobs the Nigerian youth engage in and earn from it.

But there is a problem we need to correct the little way we can, although the narrative has began to change but it is still noticeable that getting some remote jobs are skeptical in giving jobs to Nigerians.

Honestly speaking am not a big fan of paying attention to what others think or say about me because I believe that life will not get easier, you as a person just get stronger, wiser, more skillful etc.

Why am saying this is that being a Nigerian is a pride to me, so if most remote jobs are close to us, to me it's their loss because we have more to offer than most of those set of people they open it for, that's why I will always recommend learning a digital skill like trading coding, web designing etc, these are skills that will pay you good money any day any time, and one thing you need to know about most of this skills is that you will not have to be at the mercy of anyone, if you are truly good, you will always be needed.

I am a crypto trader, I don't have to rely on anyone to earn a living in the market, I get rewarded by my performance, so why am saying all this is that shit or terrible things will always happen, you just be strong enough mentally, intellectually, digitally or any form to create a way to navigate your way around it, or as our leaders are not doing well should we continue feel pity for ourselves? No,  just cry if you must but giving up is never an option because a true Nigerian never surrenders.

Web designing go still require you to get employed or get gigs from people that need your services. I am a free lancer and I actually understand what OP is talking about, I have had negotiation break downs because of I said I was a Nigerian, and some of my colleagues way don Jakpa have now began to see opportunities way them been no dey see for here. I no go advice trading if person no Dey interested in it. Freelancing is still hot just that Nigeria need to get better image to the outsiders. Things don Dey better already.

If you have to built an impressive resume and work experience; built your professional network and connections you are bound to eventually land the roles you want. Your nationality or location doesn’t matter most of the time, employers are looking for cheap labor online and if you’re good enough for the role and your price isn’t above their budget you will surely get the job.

The thing is, most Nigerians have no idea of how beneficial these skills are, probably because they haven't come across someone who is into them, or they haven't taken their time to earn this skill themselves. I wouldn't want to say that remote jobs are quite difficult to get in general because I haven't been in that position, but of course, the majority of the people around me are doing fine when it comes to that area, so I don't think that mine should be different when the time comes. Like you said, if anyone is truly good, there are opportunities that certainly lies ahead.

The only problem about remote job is the fact that you will always find those that are better than you. That alone reduces ones chances of getting an opportunity when it presents itself. But where things gets interesting for you is when you are able to create your own opportunities, and navigate your way through despite others having a better experience than you.

What you should know before even coming to conclusion on such regards is that, in every country, there are bad eggs and good ones, it is just how intensify this bad eggs do things that makes one country to be seen as a bad produce of its people. Even the hype some of this people do hype on bad scenarios will make one think the country and its people are bad eggs and won’t give them room to engage in some other things that will benefit them outside of the country.

The most important thing is that you should be a good ambassador of the country wherever you are and find yourself. The more people are becoming better, the more the misconception will end and we’ll get to see more people being able to get offers where they seem it’s impossible and they’re qualified. It’s something to be proud of seeing a reputation being restored not by venting empty advocacy but actual contribution. Consequently, having the courage to take the longer and the more honorable path resulted in the change in the way Nigerian youth are viewed. Quite the contrary in the past, when some options seemed to be limited, many people had an appetite to find loopholes, now the loopholes are replaced by genuine and open opportunities.
