Anyone excited for Tamil Nadu Premier League?

I noticed that no one had created a thread about this Tamil Nadu Premier League so I thought I should go ahead and start a topic for discussing their matches.

There are total 8 teams participate in Tamil Nadu Premier League and tournament started on 5th June. 2 matches have already been completed and it is going to be an exciting league. I will also be creating table for tournament and will keep update it from time to time.

I am creating this table to make it easier for everyone to follow this tournament. I will include all matches detail: date, which two teams playing match and the winner of match. So far, two matches already completed in  Tamil Nadu Premier League  and league consists of total of 32 matches including qualifiers and final.

TT vs CSG team played 2nd game tournament Tamil Nadu Premier leasgue and this game was played at  Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science Ground. CSG team won the toss and elected to bowl first. CSG  won game by 8 wickets and 24 balls. CSG is a strong team and won the match. TT set a total record runs for 163 and lost the match. CSG chased full record total runs for 174 and won the match. TT team now needs a lot of hard work to play a good match.The best batting performance in the CSG team was by Tushar Raheja and  scored 79 runs and 43 balls hitted 7 fours and 5 sixs.

TT vs CSG team played 2nd game tournament Tamil Nadu Premier leasgue and this game was played at  Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science Ground. CSG team won the toss and elected to bowl first. CSG  won game by 8 wickets and 24 balls. CSG is a strong team and won the match. TT set a total record runs for 163 and lost the match. CSG chased full record total runs for 174 and won the match. Yup, in this second match, Chepauk Super Gillies and IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans squad were participated for thrilling fight and IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans squad was begun match first with batting inning and their batters collected 173 scores as a defend which looking strong scores but bowlers did not defend their scores and faced a big defeat. Chepauk Super Gillies achieved all scores and secured first in this competition. Baba Aparajith and Mokit Hariharan both played wonderful inning with strong partnership and collected 77 and 46 scores respectively. special thanks to Vijay Shankar and Abhishek Tanwar, both also played crucial role in victory and both bowlers picked up 2 and 2 wickets.

SKM Salem Spartans:vs Siechem Madurai Panthers

Total two matches of Tamil Nadu Premier League competition were finished today and is there anyone here who is familiar with this competition.

Siechem Madurai Panthers squad and SKM Salem Spartans squad both were participated in fourth match of Tamil Nadu Premier League competition and this was the interesting and close match among them. Siechem Madurai Panthers squad was begun match first with batting inning and their batters managed to collect 164 scores after playing 6 batter wickets. But SKM Salem Spartans squad were unable to protect their scores and faced a big defeat with 6 wickets and 8 balls. R Kavin and Nidhish Rajagopal both batters players wonderful inning and both collected 48 and 60 scores respectively. Mohammed Mohammed also played crucial role in getting victory by picking up 2 wickets.

DD Vs TT

Today in Tamil Nadu Premier League series, DD Vs TT played a. 5 th game of this series between both team and both played exciting game. DD team played very good in last game and win 1 st game of this series and TT team played very well in 1 st of this series and lost very poorly but today DD played very poor and TT played very strong with win. TT team won game by big margin 9 wickets and 49 balls remaining. DD team set very easy runs target in 20 overs by losing all wickets and I did not expect such struggle from DD team. Esakkimuthu A bowled very well and he took down 4 wickets in 4 overs and gave 26 runs. M Mathivannan and Sai both also helped a lot TT team to win this game and M Mathivannan took down 3 wickets and Sai took 2 wickets. TT easily chased down all runs in 12 overs and losing only 1 single wicket.

Congratulations TT team win this game by big margin and showing brilliant effort.

Csg and NRK
This is an interesting and tough match of this league in which both the teams are trying to play very strong. This is the 6th match of the Tamil Nadu League which is a very impressive league. Today in this match CSG who have scored 212 runs want to win this match with hard work and struggle due to which they have given such a strong and good target. If they remain strong with their bowling then this win can be easy. CSG has also strengthened their bowling due to which NRK are playing weakly and are playing with 66 runs in 9 overs. But this struggle and weakness of theirs is only leading them towards defeat. If they play poorly with their struggle then the win is not in their favor but there can be interest in the match due to which their batsmen will play better in form.

This match Nellai Royal Kings squad against Chepauk Super Gillies squad was finished in interesting and thrilling outcome. In this match, Chepauk Super Gillies displayed very strong strength in batting and they was begun match first with batting inning with collecting 212 scores after playing 20 overs inning. K Aashiq played long inning with wonderful inning and collected 54 scores after playing 54 scores off 38 deliveries. Vijay Shankar and Baba Aparajith both also supported squad by expressing amazing strength and both collected 41 and 47 scores respectively. Nellai Royal Kings squad did not face this huge scores and played their inning with high burden of scores. Today one more game was played of Tamil Nadu Premier league season and this time, LKK vs SMP team played 8 th game and both played very well. This game was held on Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science Ground and in start of game SMP team won toss and they elected field first and gave batting opportunity to LKK team. LKK team set 169 runs target in 20 overs by losing 5 wickets. SMP team played more strong effort and chased down all runs and won game easily by 7 wickets and 13 balls. Ram played very well from SMP team helped a lot team by scoring 64 runs in 48 balls and hitted four 4s and three 6s. NS and Balchander both also showed good help and both scored total 93 runs. TT batsman showed good help and set 177 runs target in 20 overs by losing wickets. But SAL team won game by chasing all runs in 19.5 overs and losing 6 wickets. Tushar batsman of TT team performed quite well in batting and made 74 big runs in only 28 balls and hitted eight 4s and five 6s. But all his struggle and all his shots were useless because with close margin TT team lost game. Harish got a player of game award because his effort in bowling as well batting was good and he took down 2 wickets 1 wickets in 2 overs and he scored 23 runs in 22 balls and hitted one 4s and two 6s.

SAL vs NRK, 13 th game of Tamil Nadu Premier League series was ended today and in start of game, NRK team won toss and they selected field first and gave batting line to SAL team and this game was played at Cricket Foundation Ground stadium. SAL team set 126 runs target in 20 overs by losing 9 wickets and effort of sal team was very poor and set small target to NRK team. Sachin bowler took down 5 wickets of SAL team in 4 overs and gave 17 runs. Kumar batting effort was mind blowing and took advantage of small target and batted very well and made 73 runs in 36 balls and hitted ten 4s and three 6s.  PS Nirmal struggled very good and he scored 37 runs in 33 balls and hitted three 4s and three 6s. Chepauk Super Gillies vs Dindigul Dragons

Is there anyone here who watched today match of Tamil Nadu Premier League competition and in this match, Dindigul Dragons squad and Chepauk Super Gillies were participated.

In this match, Chepauk Super Gillies squad was started match first with batting inning and their batters managed to collect 180 scores as a defending and this was the close fight among them. Dindigul Dragons missed victory by 8 scores and their batters appreciated for amazing fight and performance. Baba Aparajith played wonderful inning with long inning compare to other batters and he collected 56 scores off 38 deliveries. Lokesh Raj was top performer of this match and he picked up 5 crucial wickets of Dindigul Dragons squad. Top order batters displayed strong strength to Chepauk Super Gillies squad but all middle and bottom order batters were unable to play good and failed victory.

Chepauk Super Gillies team showed fantastic energy and great determination in Tamil Nadu tournament and today they showed strong performance against SKM Salem Spartans  and secured a well deserved win in this match. But their performance in previous  game was not same and showed disappointing gameplay. While their batters did great work and showing well in full game, K Aashiq showed good gameplay where she made 56 runs in 36 balls and hitted eight 4s and one 6s. Despite their good start in earlier of SKM Salem Spartans, all other batted bad and made bad runs. The fantastic performance in Chepauk Super Gillies was displayed by J Prem Kumar he bowled 3 wickets in 4 overs and conceded 19 runs.

Chepauk Super Gillies vs Dindigul Dragons

Chepauk Super Gillies team showed fantastic energy and great determination in Tamil Nadu tournament and today they showed strong performance against SKM Salem Spartans  and secured a well deserved win in this match. But their performance in previous  game was not same and showed disappointing gameplay. While their batters did great work and showing well in full game, K Aashiq showed good gameplay where she made 56 runs in 36 balls and hitted eight 4s and one 6s. Despite their good start in earlier of SKM Salem Spartans, all other batted bad and made bad runs. The fantastic performance in Chepauk Super Gillies was displayed by J Prem Kumar he bowled 3 wickets in 4 overs and conceded 19 runs.

I agree, this was the interesting and really thrilling match was finished among Chepauk Super Gillies squad against SKM Salem Spartans squad in Tamil Nadu Premier League competition. Both are top rank squad that's why we see amazing fight with each other and SKM Salem Spartans was begun match first with batting inning and their batters managed to collect 160 scores as a defending. Top order batters of SKM Salem Spartans squad showcased very good batting partnership and both collected 47 and 31 scores respectively. Chepauk Super Gillies batters simply achieved all scores after playing 16.3 overs and lost 4 batters wickets. J Prem Kumar played significant role in victory by picking up 3 important and batting side, K Aashiq played long inning with collecting 56 scores off 36 deliveries.

NRK team did not chased a record today and they lost the match. LKK qteam played a very good match. All players showed good skill and determination on field. NRK played bad and lost game . NRK also has the potential to win but they need more hardworking.  LKK team won by big margin 67 runs. The 18th match between NRK and LKK was played at Chennai Super Kings Ground. NRK won the toss and elected to field  first. LKK set a record runs for 165 and won the match. NRK chased a total record runs for 98 and lost the match. The best batting performance in the LKK was by Suresh Lokeshwar scored 90 runs 57 balls and 5 fours and 5 sixs. Congratulations to LKK for their upcoming matches.
