XYES SCAM- Refusing to pay for no reason

so i just decided to give this casino a go more than a week ago since i didnt have much of a problem with the same software before.

a few days later when i made a withdrawal,it took a long time so i asked from live help. they said i needed to pass level 4 kyc , which is definitely not a problem for me but they were claiming to be a non kyc casino, and wait for 15 business days.

 so anyway i sent the documents and passed it. this time they said i needed to wait up to 30 business days

of course its frustrating to face such issue when you know that you dont have multi accounts, didnt cheat or didnt voilate any terms but no other chance than waiting and meanwhile i posted all my account activities and all bets for transparency , since im already aware that when you accuse a casino for wrongdoing, lots of their bot accounts accuse you for being a cheat

so after waiting for days, today i got the mail saying that they wont pay me my winnings cos i basically won. as i told before, no multi accounts no cheating no nothing, so this was the only way for them not to pay i guess, simply to say fuck you i wont pay






as you can clearly see, this casino is a total scam. on their forum page the admin doesnt reply to any of this, the guy who has the access to the `xyes official` account keeps accusing us from another bot account and gives you a negative feedback ( username: god of thunder) so its a total shitshow



 theres only 2 people that wrote on their forum page who deposited and made bets with meaningful amounts and we both were asked for level 4 kyc and some bullshit excuses not to pay.

so i urge yall not to get near anywhere these scammers and gl with your bets

To be fair, bitcointalk admins and Moderators will not get involved in scam accusations, so you probably need to change that policy to highly reputable members who might be willing to step in and mediate the situation. I wouldn't just pick a longtime account to step in here but someone who is trusted by the community if you decide this is the route to take. Not tossing my hat in the ring, just giving advice.

To be fair, bitcointalk admins and Moderators will not get involved in scam accusations, so you probably need to change that policy to highly reputable members who might be willing to step in and mediate the situation. I wouldn't just pick a longtime account to step in here but someone who is trusted by the community if you decide this is the route to take. Not tossing my hat in the ring, just giving advice.

The only people that give me bad feedback are those from Sportsbet. Go look, they didn’t like the rating I gave them. They’re good at bullying too but I don’t care.

The odds provider flagged the OP as a value bettor. There was nothing about arbitrage. Normally value bettors get limited fast but paid. It’s risk aversion. Because you and XYes are so new to sports gambling you couldn’t even figure out that there was no arbitrage betting going on.

You’re right about that. No one confiscates money from value bettors. They get banned or limited.

There’s software out there to arb. You can use bots. Almost all sportsbooks can look at a few bets and figure out what someone’s doing but they aren’t stealing money without solid proof. Sportsbooks have told me, we know what he’s doing but can’t prove it so they pay and limit.

Second, I didn't tell GoT to fuck off, I simply refuse to validate the matter as [1] it is not within my capacity as per what XYes require --being mods or admin-- and [2] I am currently having personal health matter that I need to attend, and [3] a recent case that I spent weeks of my time, that I literally spent my night prior to attending to that health-matter and continue soon after I was able to function after the matter, leave a bitter taste when the player easily throw me under the bus [despite his full knowledge of how much I pour to his case] just to farther drive his narrative, and [4] I don't exactly need a reason to refuse to oversee a case.

Yes, I am handling Xyes' signature campaign, and I have access to their forum account (even though they have six more support employees who have access to their account) to improve the post, such as fixing the quotes, BBcode, and resizing the images. Once their employees get used to the forum, I would ask them to change the password. For the sake of transparency, I left neutral feedback on their official account. I hope you get well soon. This one would have been a lot easier than the last. I got limited at both Stake and Sportsbet. 1xbit increased my margins. I tested all of them. Obviously they considered me a value bettor but they didn't steal my money.

C'mon dude. What proof are you submitting? Currently, I am in the DT network, and my feedback on Xyes' official account is visible by default. Why do you think I left the feedback on their profile? To hide that I am working with Xyes.com and handling their campaigns? Have you ever heard of a word called "Transparency"? I left the feedback so everyone knows that I have access to their official account. So what is your point here? I am not part of their team, nor do I speak my mind from their account. I just make sure they do not violate the forum rules and do not mess with quoting posts, images, or putting URLs correctly. Once they learn everything, I won't have to help them with their account anymore.
