Okay so I made an error and rage self-excluded again to take a 24 hour break since I was getting robbed at the time. My bad I  didn't read through the b.s. that they posted on the changes in self excluding and again just rage quit at the moment. I log back in after not seeing any email from them to cancel or confirm and now I'm banned from playing for 6 months. Can we not get 1 Mulligan BC? The live support is dead so unable to plead my case.

how many times have you self excluded yourself and how long was the gap between your requested self exclusion? also, did they say what the ban is for? was it because of the frequent self exclusion or something else?

anyway, yeah, their live support is bad, that being said, @holydarkness might be able to help you sicne he has contact on BC.game.

Normally if you actually self excluded for 6 months or something this date is set and they can do nothing about it. That's called player protection.
You being in a rage is a you problem and not theirs. That's why making a post in the scam accusation section is not fitting for this case since there is no scam and you brought this up to yourself. I am also not a fan of BC, that's why I permanently self excluded from the site and feel good about it. J
ust move on, there are more than enough options to play at. Other sites that have the same house originals have far better RTP or house edge. For months now BC has an increased 4% house edge. Compared to a 1% house edge almost everywhere else ( stake, betfury, ...) there is no value in playing there. If it's about sports, several other sites like betfury, betpanda and others use the same odds provider and layout, so it's super easy to find a replacement.

Umm... I don't think it'll be wise to help OP on this matter? It seems OP is a problematic gambler, and rage betting [well, he raged self-excluding, so...]. Me jumping in and try to convince my contact to lift the restriction is not only impossible due to the action itself will violate Responsible Gambling Act, but also have an adverse effect on OP's overall mental health.

OP, if you want to, though, I think I can help you get permanently self-excluded?

I think I agree with holydarkness. It won't be wise to help OP get his account unlocked, as he might end up betting more out of anger and then come up with another complaint like BC game lifted his ban etc etc, which is why he lost again. I can see OP already accusing BC game of saying he was getting robbed. So there is a chance he will continue saying the same thing in the future. However, there are hundreds of casinos where he can play if he wants.

I do not understand why this thread is in Scam accusations section. It seems OP blames BC game for that.

Your issue isn't clear for me. Had you requested for a 6 months self exclusion period? Or it has been applied automatically after 24 hour cooldown? Whatever the situation is, BCgame team won't change the self exclusion duration which has been applied on your account.

i guess that's the case. he wanted to exclude himself for 1 day, but picked 6 months by mistake?
and only realized after the 24 hours cooldown was over, so he is now stuck with a 6 month self exclusion.



nothing you can do OP even if you get hold of bc.game support, you will just be wasting your time. just think of it as a vacation from gambling, and from the looks of it, you do needed it tbh.

Okay first of all not a problematic gambler my friend. I enjoy gambling as my favorite pastime. I own a home, cars, eggs, etc and put two kids through college so as far as self control I'm more then in control of my life. Now with that said, I've been a loyal player at BC for years and I've always use their self exclusion as a way to not chase a loss. I've used this option dozens of times in the last few years. I unfortunately was angry and didn't stop and read the new info on the updated process. I was under the impression I had the 24 hour email option to cancel my self exclusion. Absolutely my fault and take full accountability of the error. It just sucks because it was not the purpose of my self exclusion request.

Actually, the situation is a little bit strange. Normally, even if you choose 6 months or whatever your account goes into the mentioned 24 hour cooldown, you also get an email for that. After the cooldown ends you get another email asking you to confirm your wish to self exclude for x amount of time. Maybe they changed it, I don't know. But that was the procedure when I self excluded around 4 months or so ago.
The one and only difference is, I also had this experience, when you want to self exclude permanently , basically asking to close your account, you will also get the cool down email, but there is no follow up and no possible reversion or anything. Once you made that decision it's final and can't be reversed, supposedly.  Wink

That comes under "Service Discussion" - this section is for accusations of services where you feel you have been or being scammed. Hence topic should be moved to Service Discussion.

Also next time try to make the title and the description of the opening post a bit more lucid and presentable. You dont have to write a high school essay but at least people should understand what you are trying to say, not feel like talking to some 8year old raging with a keyboard up their shoulders.

Feel free to move thread to SD and continue discussion there.

Yes this is my issue. I have always received an email to confirm my self exclusion after 24 hours but this time I didn't. I requested it on the 4th and immediately received an email saying it was imposed on the same day. No 24 hours cooldown. Thanks for the reply

Absolutely my fault and take full accountability of the error. It just sucks because it was not the purpose of my self exclusion request.
That comes under "Service Discussion" - this section is for accusations of services where you feel you have been or being scammed. Hence topic should be moved to Service Discussion.

Also next time try to make the title and the description of the opening post a bit more lucid and presentable. You dont have to write a high school essay but at least people should understand what you are trying to say, not feel like talking to some 8year old raging with a keyboard up their shoulders.

Feel free to move thread to SD and continue discussion there.

I think moving it to gambling board is more accurate as... well, it discuss about a gambling matter.



Thanks for the reply. Here's my uuid 4942018. I was trying to avoid the switching of casinos given my vip level but if the only option I'll have to deal with it.

Reached my contact. They said they're 99.99% sure they can't lift the self-exclusion [as it should], but they'll look if there's anything they can do about it. I'll let you know when I hear from them.
I appreciate the help regardless of the outcome. Live and learn. I've found a couple other sites that are okay but I hate change. Thanks
