It's not all of them, but the top 1000 in terms of balance: https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-dormant_5y-bitcoin-addresses.html

You can always change the years from 1 to 10 years using the buttons on the top.

I got my brain blown off and I just want to believe that, these addresses belong to some cooperate bodies but meh, I know some of those addresses might belong to private persons but meh I really got motivated wit the figures and I hope others get to see these and get motivated as well and I hope these rekindle the spirit of anyone who might have lost hope in bitcoin.

I don't know sites with lists of inactive addresses but there are some sites that provide almost similar information for you. It won't satisfy your curiosity with true data on dormant addresses but somewhat still useful.

First, Bitcoin HODL waves chart.
https://www.bitcoinmagazinepro.com/charts/hodl-waves/

Next, some charts for 1year+, 5year+ and 10year+ HODL waves.
https://www.bitcoinmagazinepro.com/charts/1-year-hodl-wave/
https://www.bitcoinmagazinepro.com/charts/5-year-hodl-wave/
https://www.bitcoinmagazinepro.com/charts/10-year-hodl-wave/

I think @LoyceV have thread like this check it here List of all Bitcoin addresses with a balance

Maybe you can get something from dormant chart in this site https://charts.bitbo.io/dormant-coins/ then also this https://crystalintelligence.com/investigations/fund-sources-for-dormant-bitcoin-addresses-2020/

I also find it interesting to see those dormant addresses since we could see that many people from past seems forget about their Balances that's why there's lots of stored and not been retrieve back by their owners.

Seems to me it must have been a while since last you tried looking at onchain crypto balances across various crypto currency networks not just bitcoin alone, this is possibly why you seem very surprised at the amount of money some people could keep for several years without touching.

You may be right that some of those addresses holding those huge amounts belong to cooperate bodies, but then, I can also tell you that most of those addresses belongs to individuals like me and you, many of this guys are early investors in bitcoin who have made trillions and billions in dollars, what most do is withdraw a 100 million dollars worth of bitcoin, sell that and convert to fiat, while the leave the rest of their bitcoin in their wallet for as long as it takes them to ever be in want of money again.

A hundred million dollars is more than enough for most simple people to live on for the rest of their life, especially if they will invest the money in a very good business, invest in other sectors like real estate and other highly profitable ventures, they may at a point even forget they still have tens of thousands of bitcoin stored somewhere still worth billions on dollars 😁

I'm a little curious as to what exactly you're interested in, but I hope you didn't get a job with some blockchain analytics agency that hired you to do some research for them Wink

top 1000?

the amount is absolutely mental it is equally all shocking and motivating to just not touch my bitcoin lol i wonder if these are just inactive really as in forgotten or just being held until a desired price value?

it would be a shame if the governments make it a law to seize these dormant bitcoins after a certain amount of years

Such a law would be pointless. Governments have no way of actually seizing dormant Bitcoin, not without literally torturing people for their private keys.  and if someone loses their keys or chooses to hold, its gone from their reach.

Or they would just enforce it.

But yeah, I myself think it won't happen. Not until there would be a reason for it..

And what about coins held in custody services (CEXs)? Such coins can be seized at any time for any reason. People who don't understand that the only way to be sure their digital assets will remain theirs is to be their own bank.

The problem (if we can even call it that) is that most cryptocurrency investors do it solely for profit, and then that's a completely different story.
