You're right, that's what I've heard and read about dopamine , that's what they told me When we were training in boxing, that you have to have control over your body so you don't get dehydrated , I think this applies a lot because in those moments adrenaline is released excessively , then the body takes its toll , and in the game it takes its toll on the money you spend.

The level of your risk also determines the level of your payout if only there were winning in that risk you are taking, and for sure whatever thing we are doing in reality are also involving risk but in real life scenario the risk level are usually unoticed since we play along with it.

Walking, Driving, traveling or whatever we do there is risk and what are the risk factors over there; you pray for safe movement Even when boarding a plane you also pray for safe fight, and if paradventure there is an incident then the risks level is actually high that is why we need to be extremely calculative in everything we are doing, like phish out the percentage of risk that is involved in what you are doing.

Not taking risk can actually be good, why, because not all Risk that are worth taking especially when it comes to gambling. Just gamble responsibly, gambling is not something you should be taking risk for, because taking Risk in gambling involves gambling with what you can't afford to lose or even gambling with the money that you're suppose to use in settling your basic needs and your expenses for week or for month, all in the name of let me gamble if I can double the money. This is how smart players think and I will never say that the one who won big money in gambling is a smart person, first of all he is lucky, and then I would look at what strategy he played and how he controlled his risks. Because if he put everything on one bet, then he was just lucky, any of the players could have done it. It's just that such wins and bragging of those who won are not important, because behind one big win there can be hundreds of losses of other players.
