1. Anyone who asks for private keys, seed phrases is 101% scammers. You should be the only one who do know about these informations and its one of the golden rule on securing your assets.
2. Not all projects that involves volume based tasks or transactions are scams, this is why when you have point up yourself into such project then do things on discretion.
3. Its easy to spot out, it is just that people are that way too lazy on doing that and this is why they do end up on being scammed because they havent done some validation about organic or real users compared into those bots.
4. If the rewards are too good to be true then you should be starting on having the doubt. Usually they would be putting up $1M worth of token rewards on which newbies do easily get fooled because they are already spotting out with fiat value.

Some additional.

5. Check tokenomics whether the team had been holding a huge amount of tokens or allocation owned by them on which you can say that there's a potential that there will be some dump later on.

In overall, there's no way that you can be able to know ahead whether a project will be giving out those rewards in the end of the program/bounty/tasks because there are those situations that
they turned out to be nice and legit at first and then when TGE approaches then this is where shady action would be starting out to play.

People are learning now that not all airdrops are legitimate. And that's why if they're asking for these silly requirements, it's obvious that they are running a fake airdrop. Coming from paid airdrops, to these questions and forms of private keys, no one should fill them and this is why many people who were into airdrops have got tired of it because it's no longer appropriate at all and this gave them the idea that they're only wasting time. And the unrealistic promises of rewards, they're known already because most airdrops are only going to give you dust amounts.

In today's era, airdrop hunters should already understand this kind of scheme. The first point is clear that asking for a key means they are a scammer. Especially when you work on an airdrop, generally through an airdrop channel on Telegram where the admin who spreads the information has done research to ensure that the website or airdrop that will be shared is safe. Their experience is no longer in doubt, so before being shared, it has gone through a screening process first.
Unless you find an airdrop in the middle of nowhere without knowing its background, because for that research there are now many AI tools that can help you detect a project.

Airdrops are like free gift with no guarantee of you getting paid anything. The moment airdrop start asking for sensitive information or requiring participants  to make payment of any kind, then the red flag is already visible because airdrop is not supposed to ask for money. Scammers are using different methods to get their victims and asking for small amount of money be it $1 from millions of people could just be the plan of launching the fake airdrop. I have seen a lot of fake airdrops this one, some requiring people to connect their wallet and from their they will drain the wallet of any valuable token in it.

I think that sounds funny or contradictory. If it is truly a gift, then better say we don't know what we can get but it is guarantee that we can get something. Actually, this already occurred on some airdrops. I already get a couple of tiny amounts/profits and there are also cryptos that are not listed yet.

There are legit airdrops but can ask for our sensitive information. There are also airdrops that makes you initiate a transaction first which cost money. That must be part of their mechanism. After all, none is forced with them, so if we are the person that are afraid to take risks, then better avoid these and stick only on the ones that you are comfortable with.

In as much as a similar thread exists since last year, the list you wrote down is very close to this cointelegraph article which recommends verifying the official page of the project on X as a fast method to know if the airdrop is manipulated. However, fake airdrops appear to be more than the legitimate ones and it's killing the authenticity of the market. Participants are always new into the ecosystem and vulnerable to the tricks implemented by these humbugs who convict them to avoid the market at all cost, after working tirelessly and not getting paid. A few people whom I know don't do airdrops anymore because of the wasted efforts on fake operators.

Use case is what I want to add, the platform has no value, and it's just a copy-paste of existing, the project is just a cash cow of developers, and there is a possibility of rug pulls, I have seen so many of these on telegram tapping projects its easy to create these tapping mechanism but it has nothing to offer to the community.

The developers of these fake airdrops are exploiting participants; they ask participants to market their fake airdrops in exchange for their token, and they will eventually dump it once they have gained the trust of investors.
Always check the use case, as it defines the legitimacy of a project.

2.Upfront gas fees or crypto payments.
Unfortunately this can't really be avoided because usually airdrops require you to have a certain amount of coins in your wallet to be used for gas fees. Sometimes you just gotta comply and hope that it is true. For me as long as the amount is reasonable then it does not raise a red flag.

4.unrealistic rewards promises etc.
If the project is being promoted in a sense that is exaggerated and almost too good to be true then maybe it indeed is too good to be true.
