Can't personally vouch for a specific Nigeria hoster from our side — we don't run racks there — but the diligence checklist is the same wherever the cheap power is:
1) Get the real all-in kWh (not the marketing rate). Ask what's included: cooling, PDU, internet, spare PSU, onsite hands.
2) Uptime history + who pages you at 3am when a breaker trips.
3) Contract: who owns the miner if the site disappears, insurance, exit/shipping terms.
4) Remote visibility — if they won't give you hashrate/reject stats you can check yourself, walk away.
5) Start with 1–2 machines before shipping a container.
