Most of the time, for parlay, you usually don't wait for all the matches to play before you cash out. In the case of the image in the OP, I don't know the game that's currently playing and how many of the games have actually been played before the bookie offers that amount as a cashout option.

But it's not the same, staked amount is more than the cash out means there's no no game completed yet, if cashing out is what the user got in mind then the user shouldn't have gone for the bet at all, because it doesn't make sense to me. Unless the bet was a mistake.

When I know that the chances of me winning the bet is low, then am just going to cash out, I think that’s the reason why we are always having the opportunity to cash out sometimes. If you are gambling, you should know that you won’t be winning always, and sometimes you just have to accept the little which you have instead of losing it all. The amount which you are having the opportunity to cash out is not really bad, you can just take your profit, and wait for another bet. Well for you to have stake with such a huge amount of money I was thinking maybe the prediction is from a very reliable source, with what I'm seeing in that picture it seems you're just betting this game but your mind wasn't strong enough to wait until the kick off Time. If it were to be in my case and I happened to be the bettor, seeing that my bet might not go as planned and I have a cash out of that amount, I think I would definitely cash out what is left. Though it is a loss, there is not much difference when we subtract the cash out from the staked amount. But if the money isn't much of a big deal, and the game is still going smoothly despite the possibility of losing the bet which hasn't happened, then I might just let everything play out. I think in this context it depends on several choices and optionals that are indeed owned because in the end if indeed the bets we make are still in favorable conditions or the probability of winning is greater then in the end I will still continue to wait until it is over but on the contrary if it is felt that we do not believe in the beliefs that we have previously believed when betting then why force it and it is better to get out of the zone.

For the cashout option to reduce means that the game isn't actually going according to your prediction or the odds have changed which lead to the reduction of the original stake...if I were you I would cashout to be on the safe side but if you are planning to go all in then you can wait for the game to get started and see if the odd can be increased a little bit so you can make profit... losing all that money isn't worth the risk.

Either it just started or there can also be a different scenario, he has won a few games but there is one game in play for which he has team A but the team is being lead by 2 goals, so the algorithm does the math on the chances from 2x the team is 10x or more so they multiply it by ~0.20 that's why the negative. Without knowing the actual bets, it's quite imposible even to understand what's happening with this thing, let's give some advice.

I think what happened on this picture is that the gambler just staked the game at the moment you saw it that's why the cash out is showing almost the same with the total amount use in wagering, sometimes when you just wagered the platform reduce the total amount and display it on a cash out so that if the gambler will later reconsider there decision to cancel it they would change there mind since their money is no longer the same, so actually in as much as the amount is big but I cannot really say the gambler should remove it because all I'm seeing is a game that has not even started yet.

That's a huge margin, and in my opinion I'll cash out and try to spend the winning on more such multiple bets. The thing is that, expecting for the jackpot we may miss what is available. In gambling anything could happen in no time, and we need to be on the safe side. If not he couldn't have comeback to watch the odds inbetween. Need to wait for the last bet to over and after that should've seen whether the bet have won or not. This will give us the choice to take the jackpot or go without a penny than getting into confusion.
