And what do you mean by “know when to be aggressive and less aggressive”? That part is sounding like you encouraging folks to time the market; to know when to buy more and when to reduce amount. Is that why you said they should approach Bitcoin professionally? Tbh I don't think all these things you mentioned are necessary if you want to accumulate bitcoin long term. A simple DCA plan beats all these your talk of being an expert and knowing when to be more or less aggressive.
You don't have to be timing the market to decide to be more aggressive or not, let's say I already have my emergency fund in place and I've also taken care of the rest of my backup funds I can then decide to be more aggressive in how I purchase bitcoin, this decision has nothing to do with the current price of bitcoin but rather on the fact that I can freely spend more or my discretionary income on bitcoin at that time.
It is also smart to reduce your aggressiveness after having to deal with an emergency that depleted your emergency fund, you will need to replace what has been spent so reducing your aggressiveness in buying bitcoin will help make more of your discretionary income available to replace your emergency fund with.
After all it's completely out choice how we decide to split our discretionary income, even without any of the above mentioned reasons an investor can still decide to change how much of their discretionary income they buy bitcoin with, at that point they are choosing to become more or less aggressive and it doesn't have to be because they are timing the market.
