Not a single reputable bookmaker gives 60 minutes for verification, a reputable bookmaker gives a bonus if they offer it, a reputable bookmaker does not lock the account after one bet, a reputable bookmaker listens to users and meets them

Can you share some screenshots of your conversation with their customer support? That would be interesting, especially since they have accused you of berating their support agents. Screenshots could confirm or refute those allegations.
It would also be appreciated if Betcoin.ag’s representative can address the OP's accusation regarding having only 30 minutes to complete KYC and verify his identity. I believe we all agree that such requirement, if true, is unacceptable.
