Betcoin.ag disabled my account second day after i made 1 small bet....no answer

I am in shock!!!!! I was register, deposited 190usdt, placed 25usdt wager and next day i cant log in to my account, first error massage was server error, litle bit later that massage change to Account disabled...... they no longer respond to chat or emails, classic fraud policy.....this bookmaker is , dishonest, poorly made and I recommend everyone to avoid it as much as possible.....
They didn't even give me the welcome bonus because I had to do a verification in 60 minutes, I uploaded my ID via camera, I was going to take a picture of my face in step 3 but I got stuck in step 2 because I didn't have my utility bill with me at that moment, I opened the account at work.....imagine you have to have your utility bill with you at all times, that's when I realized their policy is fraudulent.....

Were the "error" message and the "account disabled" message sent via email? I am asking because you said they no longer respond to chat or emails, making it sound like you've had a conversation with them before they stop responding. Did they say anything else apart from what you mentioned, like as to why the account was disabled? Also, when you say you opened your account at work, did you use the internet at your workplace?

Today when i try LOG IN first was problem with server, than i was ask on live chat whats problem with youre site, thay answer immidiatelly send email to support, half hour later i try LOG In againe and than i cant log in because "My account disabled". Send new emails and go to live chat but this time noone answers to my questions.

Using internet at my work isnt problem, we are very small company

I received an email saying "my account activity is under review". I registered yesterday, they didn't give me a bonus, I go to bet, I place one bet, a small amount, and my account is locked and under investigation.....I really don't understand the policy of this site, their only policy is to mislead users, but as per the terms and conditions they interpret it as they see fit

Your account probably raised a flag on their system, which is why it is under review, The amount you bet most likely has nothing to do with it, even if you bet a big amount.

Just a heads up that the investigation on your account could take days, so you might want to lengthen your patience.

It's much better if you make a detailed scam accusation with all the screenshots showing the chats with supports and other important website aspects such as the blockade. Otherwise, this is their official account in this forum - Betcoin.AG (it was last active today)

You don't just login your account and they disable your account, I will share the major reason why account limited quickly;

I noticed that they paid me my balance minus the $35 bet I lost, other users who had a lot of winning bets were only paid their deposit without winnings, and I was credited with that losing bet. So even though they contacted me, I don't have a very good opinion of them, I think they are dishonest and they make the rules as they see fit and when they see fit.

Just curious, did they say anything about why your account was disabled? They usually give a vague reason as to why the account was subjected to investigation. Also, I thought the bet you made was $25.

Anyway, glad you got your money, but sadly, it is common for casinos to take the losing bet from your deposit.

You will only experience this inconvenience if the support already told you their verdict yet you keep asking for repetitive questions and reasoning to dodge your restrictions on the casino.

You don’t provide proof on the casino rulings against your account that’s why it’s very hard to believe on your word alone since Betcoin is one of the old casino here with good reputation.

They don't have the bonus they advertise (that's why new people come)
They suspended my account after one bet, the reason for the suspension is my activity???
When asked how long the investigation will last, they answer with 2 words "60 days"

Actually, the exact opposite. They... have the shortest history of complaints amongst reputable casinos on this forum, and the cleanest resolution rate. Like... they're literally all green in my list. No other reputable casinos in this forum have this. Which, become the reason why previously I simply just watch this thread and jotted to my notebook to add this to the list and didn't jump-in. Exactly. We weren't going to say anything, because we didn't want to humiliate the guy, and until the matter is reviewed and resolved, there is no dispute. But after seeing that it was quickly resolved in his favor and he continued to defame us, we couldn't stay silent. If people want disputes to be taken seriously, they should submit serious disputes.

Very true. We have a small number of casino/sportsbook here with an active representative in the scam accusation board. Betcoin.ag is one of them. And their representative comes with a better explanation always. I have received negative feedback from an idiot one month ago for talking about his silliness and funny accusation against Betcoin.ag . His (UberV) feedback doesn't matter to me though.

Anyway, OP's issue has been resolved successfully. Looks like he is indeed trying to create some drama as he got the refund without much difficulties and long delays. I'm out of this thread now.
