Majority of newbies believes that the best time for them to start their bitcoin accumulation journey is during the dip and as such they will start waiting for the price to dips before they will start accumulating which is a very lame idea since no one can speculate correctly the price of bitcoin, so why waste time waiting for something that we are not certain of.

Apart from newbies , even old investors/ traders with their wealth of experience still can't speculate the market correctly talk less of a newbie.so as a newbie waiting for a desire entry point is very wrong since no one can speculate correctly the price of bitcoin.so as a newbie waiting for a desire entry point is wrong instead start with DCA strategy that offers newbies the opportunity of buying bitcoin either,on daily, monthly or weekly basis .

with DCA strategy newbies can be buying with small amounts also this strategy act as a hedge against volatility since we are accumulating at different prices.
I know it is mostly fears that makes newbie to be waiting for desire dip, which they may end up regretting.

DCA is good but there is power in patience. Although, when the time comes, it is not good not to buy because I noticed many people are afraid to buy when the market is red.

Some people think say when BTC price don drop nai good to buy (as you talk) becos na where their hand reach to start the journey which I know say you go agree with me and you no go blame them, if tomorrow Bitcoin price drop to $20k (godforbid, I just talk oh) I believe say people go happy and buys go full everywhere and to know say e go go high back to like $150k next month people go happy becos na dia gain dey always dey. No be lie sha. One thing about market be say e no dey respect anybody no matter who you are-whether you be professional or even newbie for the crypto space. So if person dey wait make BTC dip wella before him go buy, the truth be say omo him fit no later buy anything at all coz the price of BTC dey go up and down like 9ja sun.

My own advice for here be say as long as person don get better understanding about BTC and it's operations, and the person get money wey him fit spare, then for me him fit go ahead dey buy am small small. It is certain that it's not actually the best or brilliant ideal for any one to even wait for the dip before buying bitcoin  because they're yet to accumulate a good amount of bitcoin so yes op the( DCA )strategy should be the main priority.
  Most newbies get Sceard of the market but when using DCA they shouldn't ,because It helps in reducing the emotional strain of investing and also Investors can take advantage of market dips without the pressure to time their entries perfectly ,with using the DCA strategy it is considered that the strategy can lead to accumulating assets at a lower average cost over time so what is the point of waiting.

Waiting for Bitcoin to dip before buying can be very problematic or very wrong, be it newbie or an old person into Bitcoin. Apart from buying Bitcoin dip we have other strategy which are lump sum and DCA, a person can deploy each of this strategy than only hoping on buying the Dip. It is ok for newbies to enter certain level of fear but shouldn't be at level of waiting for a dip before making their purchases, the fear that comes hitting at the door of a newbies is not entirely their fault perhaps it is what they have less experience on because a lot will be learnt if they are able to stay long but however, another solid solution to newbies entertaining this fear and doubt even in their ongoing Dcaing is to become conservative in terms of how they are allocating to their investment in alignment to suits their level of fear which of course they can increase as they began to clear their doubts with time.

No matter how long you say this to newbies, they will continue to assume that buying the DIP is the ideal way to go because of the way it looks perfect when you consider it from a theoretical point of view. I mean, even as a newbie in the past, it looks perfect that you buy your bitcoin at the time the price is low and sells it when the price goes up so you can really make some chunk of a profit. It's when you've stayed long in the system and can vividly understand how the volatility of bitcoin works relative to buying bitcoin for the long term, it's then you will know that waiting to buy the DIP is not always the best option both for the newbies and the already experienced Investors.

Most of the people that are looking to buy bitcoin only at the DIP are those that are looking for quick profit and aren't ready to invest for a at least four to eight years span. If you're a long term investor, you certainly can't afford to waste all your time trying to find out what time is the most convenient time for you to buy bitcoin. Op you are very correct on this, waiting for Bitcoin to dip before making a purchase is not the right approach especially if you are at the beginning of your accumulation journey, because you are seriously lacking behind already, but if you are close to the end of your accumulation journey you can afford to wait for a dip so that you can get more units of Bitcoin when you make a purchase, but the best approach is to just buy once your discretionary income is available because in year to come, the current price of Bitcoin might be a bargain too how much it might have risen up to in the future, that's why it's more advisable to think long term when investing in Bitcoin.

Always be prepared for the dip in spite of that, you can still invest whenever you have the money on board. Bitcoin investment does not give a specific price to capitalize on, whatever price you purchase is a dip for future price increase. You are right investors will miss more buying opportunity when ever they start waiting for their expected dip before accumulating Bitcoin which they might not see, bitcoin is volatile and also unpredictable so I see no need while newbies will be waiting for market dip before purchasing bitcoin meanwhile the dip should only be an opportunity for investors to stack more bitcoin, also using the DCA strategy to accumulate bitcoin will also kill the spirit of waiting before accumulating Bitcoin because with the DCA strategy one can accumulate Bitcoin irrespective of it price either high or low without constantly waiting for an expected dip before accumulating, it simply means such an investor won't be able to accumulate Bitcoin if he doesn't see his expected dip which is very wrong.

Waiting is not totally wrong because if you wait for the bear market before you start buying, definitely the bear market will come but we don't know were the all time high of the bull market will stop and how dip the bear season price will go. Since it's not accurately known, I would also advise a newbie to just buy once they have the money to invest, they should just invest and hold till the next bull season and their profit will still be made.
It's possible that during the bear market, price could dip to $60k but if you are DCAing, you will still buy from the top to the bottom which is not still a bad approach of investing into Bitcoin. So, @OP, you are right about using DCA.

Some investors mostly newbies are always waiting for the best opening to buy, they will keep monitoring the market to see when it will dip enough and be very convenient for them. But the fact is that Bitcoin is a volatile asset, we can only speculate it's price but we don't know for certain when it will dip to our expected entry point, so your comment is the best advice for the best opportunity to get in. If you are planning to hold for a long term and you believe in the potentials of Bitcoin to continue to increase in every bull run you will buy when you have the fund.

You actually spoke well my brother, and I actually see nothing bad with campaigning for the more use of Pidgin English for this our local board, because inasmuch as the forum don already recognized our pidgin English and campaign managers don accept am say eh eligible for post counting on signature campaigns. I literally see no reason why we shouldn't promote it. Because it is actually what makes us unique, and I dey sure say eh get level wey we go speak am uniformly and other local boards members go wan dey interested to learn am. So abeg, nobody should be discourage from using pidgin English, inasmuch as you fit write am very well, or probably mix it together.
