Let say i move out of the country today, first i need to consider where the opportunities that i am looking for are and cryptocurrency will be the last thing i will consider at that moment, since cryptocurrency will only come into play when i want to exchange my crypto assert into fiant, so for that i will not consider touching my bitcoin storage if i work amd lay my bills.

I think that there should be some prerequisites to enjoying the benefits of living in a crypto tax free country. You can't just get there today and begin to enjoy the benefits. Some people own crypto in this country, and they will have to consider the crypto laws of the country they want to migrate to.
