If someone around you is comparing Jhon Durán to Osimhen, walk away, because it's safe to assume they don’t really understand football.

I'm a Fenerbahce fan, but I admit it would be a huge exaggeration to compare John Duran with Osimhen. As you rightly said, Osimhen is in the league and has proven his worth, while John Duran has just arrived in the league, although he managed to score two goals in the friendly match against Al Ittihad, it's still too early to evaluate him. But I think it was a good debut for him at Fenerbahce. I don't know if Fenerbahce will be able to compete with Galatasaray with Osimhen remaining. They are still lacking in some places. They are still looking to get a new goalkeeper from the talks, and they want to get a back, and they want to get a new winger and they want to get a new midfield.

Wow, Galatasaray ended up buying the most expensive ticket to the top of the table for the 2025/26 season. Osimhen played the key role in helping them secure the trophy last season, and it looks like he’s set to do it again this year. Osimhen is a player whose quality is widely recognized. Despite missing some matches in the Super League last year, he managed to finish top scorer. I completely agree with you, I don't think Beşiktaş is in a position to spend more money.
If the rumors are true, paying €25 million for Kerem would be ridiculous. Beşiktaş could bring in much better players for that amount.
The Beşiktaş needs to start taking smarter steps now, because their revenues will likely decrease even further.
They should build a squad suited for the Conference League and shape their roster based on the income they'll get from that competition.
