Galatasaray was already better than Fenerbahçe in the league overall. Galatasaray truly deserved the championship. They also went very far in the Champions League. The biggest credit for this undoubtedly goes to Osimhen. In every match he plays, Galatasaray dominates their opponents. Playing with him is a privilege for Galatasaray. You do not pay 20 million euros for a young player because you think that they will be good "some day" you pay that because you think that you could get him and put him at striker and he could give you 10-15 goals at second half of the season and then you could even sell him for more, or play him one more year and he scores 20+ goals next season and then sell him for more. You do not buy him because "lets wait 3-4 more years and maybe he will become good".

Especially in Turkey, when such a high transfer fee is paid for a player, expectations are high. Cheriff failed to deliver in any way. Actually, Lookman's transfer was being discussed during the January transfer window. However, Atletico Madrid intervened and the deal fell through. If the Lookman transfer had gone through, perhaps he could have had the same impact at Fenerbahçe that Osimhen had at Galatasaray.

Trabzonspor had the chance to overtake Fenerbahçe in the standings, but they lost 2-1 to Konyaspor and squandered that opportunity.

No player  of Trabzonspor team could do any goal in the first half of the match and Kutlu did his first goal at 32 minutes of the match and that was important goal of his team and after few minutes there was a goal again by that team and they won the match at the end.

And they remained 3rd and can't get the Champions league qualification spot now they are 2 points behind Fenerbahçe  who are sitting in 2nd position just 2 points more than Trabzonspor. After beating Trabzonspor Konyarspor moved up from 9th to 8th . Kutlu scored a brace for Konyarspor 32' and 39' min and gave them a 2-0 lead in the second half Trabzonspor tried and can only manage to score 1 goal and their unbeaten streak comes to an end . Now Trabzonspor is going to face Göztepe  6th ranked team that match is important if they want to play in the Champions league next season now pressure is on Trabzonspor because Göztepe has nothing to lose.

Galatasaray went further in UCL than Fenerbahce did in Europa league if I am not mistaken, so the difference is clear. But that is not always the key figure here, last season both teams were in Europa and Fenerbahce went further than Galatasaray and still the winner of the league was Galatasaray, so that is not always the clear indicator who is better.

Actually, Cherif isn’t a bad player, and he didn’t perform poorly at Fenerbahçe, but being the single striker during a period of intense pressure to win the title and experiencing all of this at just 19 years old isn’t easy. At this point, the blame doesn’t fall on Cherif, but on the management responsible for transfer planning. Fenerbahçe hasn’t been able to win the title because it’s been doing this for years.


Today I read in the news that former president Aziz Yıldırım is preparing to announce his candidacy. He’s a legendary figure who could reunite the Fenerbahçe community. I think if he wins this election, Fenerbahçe could be stronger next season.

tomorrow, the three teams still in contention for the championship will play their matches. it’s possible for galatasaray to become the champions in this match, and i believe they’ll do everything in their power to win it. waiting until next week to celebrate the championship at home would be a completely unnecessary move. it’s not even worth taking the risk for something like that.

even though they don’t have much hope left, i think it’s still necessary for trabzon and fenerbahçe to win their own matches. if either of them drops points this week, galatasaray’s championship won’t just become more certain, but those teams will have made a huge blunder. since all the matches will start at the same time, i plan to watch them all.
