i don’t know when fenerbahçe will ever win a championship if they keep firing coaches like this. right now, they’re so impatient and make such impulsive decisions that no coach can stay long enough to establish his tactics or build his own squad. so, naturally, every new coach makes a mistake at some point and gets fired. if they don’t give anyone a chance to make up for their mistakes, they’ll keep trying out more coaches. since they haven’t been able to win the championship, they should realize they need to break some of their old habits.

fenerbahçe needs a coach they can trust for 2–3 seasons, someone they’ll stand behind no matter where the team finishes in the league, but the management isn’t really open to that approach.

Even though coaches don't win trophies immediately for big teams in the past, the big teams are always patient with those coaches and give them time until they start winning trophies, but football has changed right now big teams are no longer patient with their coaches, they fire them immediately they fail to get outstanding results, and it's not Fenerbahçe that's guilty of this, so I don't really blame Fenerbahçe for sacking any of their coaches that fail to win the Turkish Super league in his first season. Fenerbahçe hiring a coach they can trust for 2-3 seasons is a good step in solving their problem of not winning the Turkish Super league for years but they should also build a formidable team that will be able to match Galatasaray shoulder-to-shoulder if they want to stop Galatasaray from dominating the Turkish Super league.

Galatasaray are playing one of the worst games in the Turkish league today because from what I can see they are already 3-1 down against Samsunspor but on the other hand, we can see that the second-placed team in this Turki super lig, Fenerbahce, is on the verge of winning the match as they are leading by two goals. While such mistakes may seem minor, they are actually the details that make a difference for a coach. Osimhen is a player who can turn the game around at any moment. He will be a very important player for Galatasaray next week. If he had been suspended, Galatasaray might have lost points again next week. Right now, after the Fenerbahçe victory, everyone has declared Galatasaray champions, but losing a point next week could lead to the most interesting final week in history.

I'm a Liverpool fan so trust me when I say that I'm familiar with having to being shitty in the final lap of the season and then praying to win ALL the remaining fixtures to keep the title dreams alive. Imo, if you're going to win the title, it's best to do it from several games away from the season's end. I usually title races to be decided on the final day. While it's an interesting drama, I don't like such dramas when the team I'm supporting is involved.
