There is a new occurrence in the world and this is happening in the middle east. If anyone is not reading the news, Israel and Iran have bombed each other already. There are speculations that America will enter the middle east and join the war. This will be headshaking because if America enters this, Russia will also enter and this might become the beginning for world war 3.

What is everyone's speculation and bet? Will America enter the middle east or not? According to Polymarket, the rating of America's entry on this war is 45%.

Even though Trump is very impulsive at times and rushes into things, I am pretty sure we are going to try to avoid escalating the situation more by joining the war. It could happen of course, but it's in nearly everyone's best interest if it doesn't.

We should be over wars by now in our existence as humans. We should all be 1 nation with a council vs kings, presidents, prime ministers, etc.

Also, what is the Middle East? There is no such thing as east or west in space, no such thing as up or down... I hope you are not doing this because of your Europe-centric perspective...

It seems a bit dirty to place bets on these things because ultimately you are betting on death. I think when Trump and Netanyahu spoke a few days ago, the message was Israel was going to attack regardless of anything Trump had to say. Israel is doing all the pushing here and they hit Iran pretty hard, but it seems like Iran is willing to de-escalate if they stop getting attacked. This is all about keeping Bibi in power for a few months longer, which has been his strategy for years.

I don't think Trump has any interest in being sucked into a new war that he didn't start. The war can stop any time Israel stops attacking, so they have no excuse or need for backup really. Trump knows the message is "America had nothing to do with this" but he sometimes gets carried away with his usual bluster and rhetoric in support of Israel.

I feel America already enter in middle east from a long time ago. But no one know for sure because that is a top secret. Even not just in middle east but also other countries. But we hope that nothing bad happen such as world war 3 because the impact will be bigger.

World War 3 will only start if there are other countries that are willing to join the war between these 2 countries, and for sure, we don't want that to happen, right?

When the Russia-Ukraine war happened a few years ago, many countries chose to stay away from it excluding US because they helped Ukraine financially. While there's no participation from US in this war yet, Israel's Netanyahu urged the US government and President Trump to join the war, but I don't think it will happen at least for me. I just feel sad for those civilians out there from both countries as they're the ones that will suffer the most. Innocent lives will be claimed. People who don't want to be involved might die because of these wars.

I just hope that no other countries will get involved on this Israel-Iran war. I believe President Trump knows the consequences if the US joins the war and fight beside Israel.

War always brings casualties with nothing positive behind this as well but sadly currently few peoples are doing this just for their own interest and also want to keep power balance into their favor which is always biggest issue and have main reason of war.
In last few years things are going worse and many already predicting about WW3 is on edge but all need to avoid things and sit before It's too late but sadly no one is having positive mindset because all are looking for their own political shop which will bring more problems and loses of innocent humans.
Trump needs to be avoided this at all because this is going to be good for them and many other countries already Ukraine issue not settled, and now all weapons are shifted from here to the Middle East mean new doors open at the end no one will be winner all will be lost their beloved ones.

I think Russia aren't really in Iran's side, most likely Non-Aligned Movement Country will support Iran in terms of human needs, but not into the war.

Trump wouldn’t actually do that, since they know how powerful Russia is. Most likely, they’ll just bluff or give their allied countries hope that they’ll offer support, but in reality, they’ll probably just supply weapons without actually entering the war. I read it this morning on the news that Trump warned Iran to not try and attack the US in anyway or they will retaliate with everything they have, he also talk about how he can create a deal between the two countries and end the war.

It's the audacity of Iran for me, it's funny how they threaten the US when they knew what the country is capable of, Iran is very small in everything compare to the US, how dare them to threaten the U.S?

The US will definitely interfere directly. They probably made a deal with Israel before the strikes happened and now the US is waiting for the right time to hit Iran.

Israel will keep provoking Iran and Iran will keep retaliating and when these retaliations start harming Israel for real, the US will hit Iran and end the current regime.

The US wants to maintain good relations with Iran but as things stand now, if Iran tries to launch a nuclear missile at Israel, the US will directly join the war. I think the US is looking for such an excuse.

Yes, you're right. I'm from the Middle East, and Syria in particular, and I know what you're saying well.

Russia has abandoned Assad and will abandon Iran as well. It won't expose itself to a new war while it's mired in a protracted war with Ukraine and hidden conflicts with the United States and NATO.

As for the Arab and Muslim peoples, I can confirm that what you're saying is true. I expect that 80% or more of them wish for Iran's defeat. They show solidarity with Iran to the world, but they wish for its defeat and for Israel's victory.

In my country, I see people celebrating when Israel strikes Iran and cheering for its death. Although they don't like Israel, in reality, they consider Iran their primary and greatest enemy.

Russia is at war with Ukraine, United State is in economical war with several nations especially China and most European countries, Israel is at war with Iran.

I dont see how they corelate, with the speculation going around I doubt it is ever gonna happen. I remember when the Russian, Ukrainian war was serious people predicted World War III, same thing is happening now. I doubt USA would be dumb enough to go at war with Iran not because Iran is strong or has a great army but simply because their geographical location makes it impossible to be going on a full scale invasion just like it was with Vietnam and American taxpayers have had enough of their taxes being eaten by Israel while they live, most of them paycheck to paycheck. A lot of protests also going on there for the immigrant crisis so it would be plain political suicide to go in a war in Middle East where there is nothing to be gained and a lot to be lost despite the final outcome of the war. IIRC, there was also a bet related to Ukraine and Russia war before and all of the other war related bets.
While we're saddened by this, bookies like polymarket will not stop in allowing these things.

Well, to be honest... I think that betting on this kind of events in which there are people who are literally dying as result of this conflict between two countries which are escalating their attacks is pretty much tasteless and it does  it go along pretty much with my style of gambling and betting.
I mean, we are talking about the life of the innocent civilians, not only military personnel or nuclear scientists.

Look at it this way, if I managed to somehow get money out of this market, wouldn't I be interested profiting off the death and suffering of innocent people who have nothing to do with the policies of both the state of Israel and the authoritarian government of Iran?

I rather not to participate in this, at least in football and basketball, there are not casualties. Just some injuries at worst.

I also believe that they won't join and try to lower down the tension thru help what they could provide on both countries.
