I opened my account around February.

I made around 13.037 usd in deposits since then.
And made 1800 usd in withdrawals.
I had a winning streak this weekend, and had in my account $6,448.95 USD.
I am in minus anyway, as you can see all; Around $4789 USD in negative.
I asked for a withdrawal of $1900.
They closed my account, told me that i broke their T&C because i am from Spain, and is a forbidden country, and sent to me 833 usd (in their own words, my last deposit), and took the rest of the money, and regret to pay anything else.

How did they find out you are from Spain? Did they track your IP, or did they ask you to do KYC when you requested a withdrawal? Anyway, sadly, I don't think there is much we can do here. If you really are from Spain and Spain is a restricted country on their casino, then you actually broke their ToS.

You are entitled to get your initial deposit but you should clarify if that 13K total deposit is done at one go or in tranches since you created your account last February.

I’m not well versed on casino refunds ToS when you get caught violating ToS with restricted country but I believe all the losses done is already gone while those bankroll that still doesn’t loss are the one that can withdraw minus profit.

I lost more than 4k, and they want to steal even more arguing something absolutely annoying.

And they just send me back my last deposit, based in what?
If you want to send me my deposits, then, send all of them, not just one.
If you want to send my balance, then send it.

It's a completely non-sense.

They don't say here absolutely nothing regarding confiscating the money of people from these territories. Unbelieve.

As I've said to reply his post in the ANN thread of razed, he made a mistake indeed but the casino also did something bad why the casino allow this player to deposit and play many times although he is coming from restricted country.
The question for the casino, why just now they decided to do this as basically they should have done it earlier because I believe most casinos know where their players come from.
I'm saying my opinion in general because this kind of situation also happen in other casinos, so I suggest all casinos to do direct ban/block when they have new registered users from restricted countries.

Now I do not support what Razed.com did but as a user, you should take more time to take a look at the Terms of Service before you make any deposit. The fact that Spain users are not allowed, but then you went ahead to sign up with them is not good at all.

They should have blocked you from accessing their website or restricted you from creating an account from the beginning since you are from a restricted country.
Unfortunatly most casinos don’t do that.
However, it’s still your reponsibility to carefully read their ToS and make sure you don’t breach any of them.
In similar cases, casinos usually allow users to withdraw their intial deposits then permanently block their accounts. I hope the same will happen here.

I initiated a complain in casinoguru, and askgamblers.
This is their fault not mine, or in any case both fault. Casino, and mine.
In that case, or you give back the deposits, or the balance. But you don't take all the money for yourself. This is a non-sense.

If this is allowed, it means that i can open any business, and put in the T&C that every country is forbidden. Then, when someone subscribe any product from my website, i just take the money, because you broke the T&C.

The representative that posted their ANN thread is not active anymore, but this guy MattRazed, seems to be another representative from their casino, but he has not logged in since May 27. They said they would let you withdraw your most recent deposit. Did they do that?
I understand that you want to withdraw all the money you have deposited, but unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. If you have lost some of the money you have deposited while playing, then they can’t refund it to you.

Did you know that most casinos would ban your account just because of this.
Casinos offer those bonuses to attract new customers. If your only intention is to take advantage of the bonuses, make some profit and then leave, sorry they won't accept that.

I won’t totally agree with that my friend, as some casinos that I have tried myself are giving some offers and bonuses, great bonuses and payed me normally after taking advantage and had earned with them. We can call it luck sometimes but it worked for me and never had any issues while using bonuses or free spins.
Op should probably provide more proofs and screenshots to support his words against the casino, if we don’t see any answer from the second part after trying to reach them out after that we can wall it a scam.
