Ive made this thread inspired by one of the moderator and merit source Igebotz.

Gusto kong tulungan yung mga local members na malapit na magrank up dito. Ito yung kaibahan sa version ni Igebotz.

Sa mga gustong magapply ito yung Requirements
1).
Member rank 5+
Full member: 90+
Sr member: 240+
Hero: 490+
Legendary: 990+

2). Made atleast 1 new thread on Philippine Local Board Main (not Altcoin Pilipinas, Pamilihan, Others Pilipinas) Yung start is from the day I posted this thread. Make sure the one you submit is quality one (merited by some users if possible)

Grats — hope you don't give the merits out for free. Make people work for it and deserve it! Para mapilitang tumaas ang quality ng posts dito sa Pilipinas section.

Siguro yung ganitong set-up mas maganda na maimplement ni Boss @cryptoaddictchie, kasi mas gaganahan lalo yung mga ka lokal natin na maging aktibo sa paggawa ng mga constructive post na makakatulong sa mga ka lokal natin dito.

Mas okay ito para sa akin, kasi ganito yung set-up gaganahan ako na gumawa ng topic ulit talaga, mas mapapabilis ang pagrank ng mga kasama natin dito kapag naging aktibo ulit sila sa lokal section natin or kahit sa ibang section category na binabasa natin sa forum na ito.

I appreciate the suggestion guys. I like the range nung suggestion mo @shamm but as a new merit source I am given only a few initial smerits budget for that. Im sure naman tutulong mga pinoy members and outside sources din if mapansin nila yung submission ng users. Excited ako kasi akala ko may submission na or close to their rank na nagsubmit.

@gunhell16, I can do this if madami na flowing na smerits on my purse. Maybe soon, I prefer to distribute merits sa mga posters sa local natin even without this kind of boost or specified sa rules ng thread na to.

I can do that but actually but I'll spend bigger smerits for the rankup boost lalo na if lacking more than 10 need ng user to rank up, which will make me meritless for a long press of time. Nagegets ko na how smerits replenish as per my observation and tama yung suggestions sakin ng mga old merit sources to control my smerits kasi puwede magkulang ito if lalo na need ko sa time na madami good quality post. Hope you understand guys. Okay lang sana kung more than 50 yung allocated sakin or if mga 200 to 300smerits kaso di ganun eh. Anyway darating din siguro ako dyan by that time walang problema yung ganito suggestion.

Yeah you can do that pero baka sobrang bitin din yung smerit at baka yung ibang good poster sa local board natin ay di mabigyan.

Kaya habang wala pang bagong merit source at yung ibang kababayan natin ay limitado pa ang smerit ay mabuti talaga maging ganito muna para ma distribute ng maigi ang smerit mo.

Dahil more smerit to distribute for sure mahihikayat ang mga kababayan natin na gumawa ng quality post or thread dito. Kaya okay na ang ganitong set up na muna. Close to legendary nadin ako kunting kembot nalang at mag rank up na, kaya sipag lang talaga ang gagawin para mag rank up tayo.

oo madami pagames before, saka madami nadin hindi active dati naabutan ko super active ng iba, at the same time bumabaha talaga ng merit, pero okay nadin para nga mabigyan din ung ibang deserve din ng merit, mga games din talaga ung nagpapabilis sa merit eh lalo na if super dami active.
willing naman lahat na tumulong, kung mapost naman dito mabasa naman natin lahat yan, at kung kinakailangan at konte nlang di ako magdalawang isip na magbigay din para sa ating mga kababayan na kailangan ng konteng tulak.

Kung marami ang tutulong kakayanin natin ito. pero masyadong mataas ang range para sa ibang rank, we need to balance dito ito para mas maganda..

Mas malaki ang merit na need sa papataas ang rank na gustong abutin kaya need natin makatulong sa mas maaga na paraan, hindi naman need ibuhos sa isang post or topic ng nangangailan, ang mahalaga nakaalert na sa local natin ang name nya at matutulungan syang mag rank up, ituloy lang ang magandang paggawa ng topic at informative na  reply/quote sa mga thread.

1 para sa 1, 1 SMerit para makatulong sa kapwa Pilipino na maaring ibalik nya sa iyo sa oras na ikaw na ang may kailangan.
Huwag natin iHoard and sMerit natin, basta maganda at meritable, ipamahagi natin. babalik din satin yan sa maganda nating post.

Number 1 na need na gumanda dito sa local natin at ang sirkulasyon ng merit.
