CHAPTER I - Legacy
2016 July

The Liqui cryptocurrency exchange was founded in 2016 by a group of developers from Ukraine and other European countries. During the development phase, our main goal was to create a trading platform that would be user-friendly for beginners while offering a wide range of trading services for experienced users.

We strived to provide secure, convenient, and innovative trading tools. Our focus was on meeting all user needs, including trading, investing, buying, staking, borrowing, and much more. We quickly evolved from an experimental trading platform into the most popular altcoin market, gaining popularity among cryptocurrency investors and traders.

Thanks to a vast selection of cryptocurrencies, a unique and recognizable design, and excellent service, we were able to attract a significant audience to our platform.

By the end of 2018, Liqui had over 400,000 active users and offered the ability to trade more than 600 cryptocurrencies.

CHAPTER II - Every End is a New Beginning
2019 January

After analyzing the risks and negative market factors, and forecasting potential liquidity issues, we made the difficult decision to cease providing services and notified our users of the need to initiate the withdrawal process. We understand that we have lost the trust of part of the community, but we remained honest.
We would like to thank you for your tremendous support during this challenging time.

We have remained in the shadows for a long time, but now we are ready to return, to relaunch the Liqui, and once again become the number one decentralized trading platform.
