I have never been in this situation before. There was a time I spend money on gambling than necessary and I am losing all the money but I did not feel like to stop gambling at the time, but when it was too much, I decided to stop and I stopped. But I believe in what you posted and it will only be a sign of gambling addiction.

When it comes to gambling I have not said this to myself. The only time I said something similar to myself was when I chased a loss and I lost. I just said to myself that I won't do this again. That is I won't chase after another loss again and since then I have kept to it. In gambling promise to quit immediately after experiencing a loss, would not show any true change. I still sometimes gamble, even though I said to myself before not to gamble again. I don't know why I go back, but my perspective has changed compared to before, when I gambled too much. I've never been in this kind of situation, when i was just in high school we do like color games and the spinning circle with number this is on town fiesta they do stay there for like a month,
what i always do is to bring money that is enough for food and small play, and do it like one time a week, so the thing is you need to have a strong grasp of what you really want, and control over the situation , if you can't control the feeling and emotion then you lose, thinking of what if i win big or win is just in emotion, in gambling you win 2x you lose 10x that's the reality.

Yes, I have been in this situation, and I can't remember how many times I have told myself I am done with gambling. I even went to the extent of uninstalling my betting app on my phone so that I would not be moved to fund my betting account, and it helped me stay for a few weeks without gambling, but when I got a voucher text message on my phone, I quickly rushed to reinstall my betting app back on my phone so that I could use the voucher, and in the process of doing that, I was lured back into gambling.

A lot of times! A person who loves gambling that give this game a lot of fun and excitement will never leave gambling.
I have said that i will never do gambling again, due to bad decisions those time. A sure win with more than x10 of the initial bankroll.

I've said this a number of times already. Of course, there's no need to say I've failed every time. But I think they weren't really serious promises. They were utterances brought out of sheer disappointment.

I never said that to myself as I don't gamble too many times. I know playing gambling can cause me lose the money so I just need to limit my lose to prevent the sadness. I have lose much money in the past so that make me always want to prevent the same experience. But I also know that the wanting to playing gambling will be there so I need to manage it to prevent the bad things happen.

If I have some extra cash, I will not just use it to playing gambling but I will keep it just in case I have needs that I should fill. I just playing gambling when I really want to feel the experience and if not, I will not spend my time in gambling but will do other things.
