Hey so bc.game didn’t give me a deposit and I had a feeling it happened to me before with them after them trying to lie to me saying that I did wrong address which clearly wasn’t and then admitting it was right I was still refused my funds just them chucking me around to each support team who are useless. I decided to look into myself and check my wallet and they holding 223 usd of my money threw out who knows how long. According to the screenshot you posted, the address has $178 worth of ETH on the ARB chain. I am not sure if BC game accept ETH deposit via ARB chain. I tried to access my account and check it by myself. But I did not receive the OTP, so I was unable to access my account. If you made the deposit via the correct chain and correct address, it should have been credited automatically. Do you mind sharing the transaction hash and your deposit address screenshot from the Bc game? Also, do they accept ETH deposits via the ARB chain? If so, feel free to reach holydarkness. The image shows there is 0.0684+ ETH on that address, which was equivalent to $178 at the time of the screenshot taken. But what is the full story of this 223 USD here? Looks like it isn’t connected to the missing ETH deposit. Have you written about it to their email support? Or live support?

I was... frowning at OP's opening post too, and read them at least five times. And still don't understand. But yeah, I think they do accept ETH on arbitrum, it's there on the option. And just to be safe, I check USDT and USDC too, in my attempt to understand OP's case better. Which... make me even more confused rather than having a better grasp of it.

Could you please share a screenshot of your deposit page from the BC game, showing your address? I can the address you shared is holding some ETH, and those were not deposited via one transaction. Make sure you meet the minimum deposit requirement. If you send hundreds of transactions but do not meet the minimum deposit requirement, they won't be credited.

Keep bumping the thread without sharing any evidence won't help your case. Please send a private message to holydarkness with your BC game UID so he can contact with BC game regarding your case.

Your title says BC game scamming you for $223. Should I believe? If it sounds something like millions, then probably I can believe it. There must have been some misunderstanding, or you are not getting what they are saying. It's because I have been still struggling to get what you want to explain exactly. It's better to ask someone from your native country to write with a proper explanation of what happened. Otherwise, we can't help to solve these issues.

Besides that, you need to share your dashboard address instead of sharing on-chain screenshots. We need to see what address they provide to make a deposit and which address you have used. Also send the transaction hash here to verify everything. Just saying it verbally won't help to get your account credited. I will get back to this thread for your response. Before calling the scammer, you should provide everything related to the allegations.

It’s useless to keep insisting that you have pending deposits without providing TXID and your deposit address on your BC account. Even if BC delete deposit history on your account you can still recover it on your wallet history.

You had made us confused here. Judging from the reply of BCgame representative, you don't have enough knowledge about the deposit system of the casinos. The deposit address associated with your account isn't your personal wallet address. The address belongs to BCgame team. They credit the funds immediately to your account when your transaction receives the required number of confirmations. And they process your withdrawals from different wallet addresses, not from the one in which you make deposits.

Initially, I thought that you were complaining about a single missing deposit. According to your deposit address, those funds came in 7 individual deposits. Anyway, you should clear your doubts by reading the replies of this thread. Those funds have no connection with your account now.
