Bitcoins that haven't been touched by anyone I guess. It sounds like OP is effectively looking to "mix" his Bitcoins to get rid of "dirty" Bitcoins. That's not something someone with honest intentions would pay for, so anyone with freshly mined virgin Bitcoins can get himself into quite a lot of trouble by doing this.
We're guessing the same, but as a term, it sounds strange to my ears. More than a cocktail name, rather a crypto term.

As for paying for getting newly mined coins, you are right. It sounds shady and can bring problems. Problems that can be proven very hard to solve.
