I don dey read all the comments and to be honest e dey pain say we no get one single reputable local owned exchanged way we fit trust. The roqqu way I been dey look with better eye sef don show members here shege. Tell me why people no go miss Binance. The Nigerian tech space still get long way to go before them go fit compete with companies outside Nigeria.
I do wish the issue between Nigerian government and Binance will be resolved next year. No further statement has been made, if Binance returns with P2P, Nigerians will once again have a safe space to carry out P2P actions.

Bybit which is now commonly used, will be forced to look into merchants that has been terrorizing trading space, unless they lose more than 50% of their customers. Nigerian own crypto exchanges isn't to be trusted, I don't the few reviews they have already.

I also think that competition would be good for users as well, but don't want users to rely on one exchange. As the Binance case illustrates, how certain things can change with a blink of an eye, be it due to regulations or business choices. It is always good to have accounts on some good and reliable platforms and knowing how each works is always good.

But at the same time, exchanges such as Bybit shouldn't wait until they begin to lose their users before making their P2P market more better. Improved merchant screening and quicker response to bad guys would help to establish trust and prevent users from switching to another platform.

I don't try any of those platforms because they're no different from those p2p merchants on Bybit or any other p2p platforms but without the escrow in place. You're basically trusting the platform to uphold their end of the the trade because you're required to make the first move (aka, send the coin to them).

Patricia did the same thing and people had to "trust" them and it later backfired.

I'm a simple man. I just use the simple p2p platform with built in escrow. Back in the day when there were no p2p platforms, the rate of scams from trading with platforms like that were extremely high.
You're just like me, I don't indulge with all these ads because I see them to become very competitive with others especially in this particular country. I know it's more like a little way of helping one another but I'm not ready to take those chances. I'm simple and just here to make swift transactions without having to bother or worry myself over something that I can easily ease.

Why are here? We're not here to jump from one exchange to another but we're here to do business and make real cash in swift transactions, the earlier we start making quite good research about these exchanges the better for all of us because I can't stand myself if I'm lured to get scammed.

If you’ve been watching a lot of our comedy skits lately  from the likes of Sabinus, De-General, or even some influencers, then you must have seen plenty of ads for different apps and platforms to trade your Bitcoin with.
In fact, there are so many now, and one thing they all seem to say is that they are “fast and reliable.”
Of course I have sent those exchange mentioned by this content creators, but the truth is that non is popular like binance, kucoin, bybit or bitget. So it's Very difficult to be family with any of them. They always claim that it is fast and reliable but I haven't confirm that since I have never used it.

So my question is, which of these platforms have you actually tried or come across, and how was the experience? Because most of the top exchanges and wallets I know like Binance, Bybit, Luno, etc.  are not Nigerian-owned.
Are the Nigerian ones really fast and reliable like they claim?
I haven't even tried any of them, I just see that they advertise them in content but I see that it only end there because I don't even give it a thought.

Honestly, I have never come any. In fact, I don't think I would have anything to do with them because they are not trustworthy at all. Sometimes we need to understand that anything involving these people doesn't usually end well.

Even though such thing do happens in other platforms, there's no way we can compare it with others. So it's not about patronizing them, your own safety comes first, and it's more important than anything else.
