Finally BADecker, you get to leave politics and society board to bring this link to the Bitcoin discussion board. I thought it was or used to be all religious about you huh…, I guess it still is, a message of doom for Bitcoin private keys guess from public keys using the power of quantum computing.

So now I’m supposed to believe that my seed phrase or private key is no longer safe huh! Ironically, I’m smiling and don’t know why is that!

When it comes to quantum computers, we just happen to tag it to Bitcoin and wallet addresses even when it’s untested!

Well, where is this stuff going to be applied? No Bitcoin wallet is safe. Do you think that they are going to talk about the thing that they are aiming at? If it doesn't happen this year, it will happen next year.

I don't know if this post is a troll on your part or if you're being serious, because I don't think this is news we should take seriously(As for Bitcoin security). the problem this QC solved is minimal compared to the complexity required to break the cryptography.

Although advances should be valued, not exaggerated or sensationalized.

Well, I don't know anything other than what the article/video says. I didn't memorize the exact numbers, but doesn't it say that the QL computer solved an equation in a short period of time, that it would take millions of years to solve with the next best?

If Bitcoin devs don't add a much larger size to the hashes being produced now, the whole Bitcoin will be overrun by the QL computer soon.

I don't know if this is trolling on your part, or if you don't even care about Bitcoin. This is only the start of the QL computer. Think of how far they will advance it by next year.

Why should I be the one to worry about this? Blackrock and Trump should be worry is truly this is a thing, they have millions worth of Bitcoin, they should deal with the problem is it's ever going to be a thing because I am tired of talking about quantum computer affecting Bitcoin over and over.

With a simple update from the dev quantum computer won't be able to hurt Bitcoin, I don't know why many some people are still worrying about these tech that's not even looking like it's going to happen anytime soon.

Also why is there no mention of Bitcoin in the video? No quantum computer is even on sale right now, it's not the time for quantum computer right now, the upcoming chips from AMD and Nvidia are not quantum.
